The hotel is a three-star hotel, as stated. The rooms are not bad, of course they got it. There were two of us in the room, but when we checked in there were only 2 towels - one for the body and one for the face. I am a calm and unassuming tourist. So I calmly called the reception desk and asked for more towels. In the end, they didn't bring anything. The next day, I went to the reception with a request for towels, as a result, they brought 1 pc. BUT!)) Then the maid came to clean, took our towels and left 1 set. I just gave up on it.. The breakfasts are very poor. At the same time, there is a fire in the restaurant building, and the breakfasts should be moved to the building where the spa is located. As a result, there were tables with several containers of food and a cook who cooked scrambled eggs. The tablecloths are dirty, the appliances are not very good either..
But the big plus of this hotel/ staff. Very friendly and diligent.
In general, since we mostly only slept in the room, and spent the rest of the time outside the hotel, all the shortcomings were kind of covered up by positive emotions from Dubai.
If you want to have a budget vacation, you can consider this hotel option.
On the plus side, the hotel is clean, the rooms are good.
One of the disadvantages is that it is very far from the city, and there are no Russian speakers in this hotel. I was bored.
