Terrible service.
You won't be able to get the waiters, a half-asleep girl came up, she speaks in such a way that you won't understand a single word.

My favorite coffee shop. The food is always deliciously delicious. Even the children noticed that it was there that the most delicious French fries were. It does not taste rancid with oil. I was there once, I'm not going there anymore. There are more worthy establishments in our city. So from the pros: the place is well decorated, cozy. There is a pilot. That's probably all.
Cons: the waiters don't know the menu at all. The coffee is just 'terrible' (price-quality mismatch). Dessert (tiramisu) it is made of improvised "cheap" products. I haven't tried the rest - I don't know. But I won't risk trying their cuisine.

One of the most atmospheric coffee shops not only in Semey, but also in Kazakhstan as a whole. I always take a double cappuccino myself, try Prince Regent for dessert. You can also eat, I tried dumplings and a double burger myself, I advise you! Yes, and their music is great.
