Good location in a beautiful a-la Europe boulevard in city centre. Room is spacious. Service is the best. But breakfast a little bit poor for 5-stars hotel.
The location is excellent in the center, the lobby is expensive, rich, good, the breakfasts are good and varied, but the rooms themselves are tired, dark and, especially, everything in the shower is done (repaired), water leaked from the shower tray every time, plus some unfinished concrete frame was visible from the window, as well as under The front door has such gaps in the corridor that it is certainly not 5 stars. There are no questions about cleanliness. Everything is OK.
The price / quality does not match.
One of the good hotels in Tehran. There is normal furniture in the rooms, air conditioning, a varied breakfast, on the walls in the lobby there are photos of famous government officials who lived here at different times (many from our State Duma, etc.) At the reception you can change dollars at the normal commercial rate. All expenses can be recorded to the room, then paid upon departure (for example, dinners at restaurants at the hotel, taxis to the airport, etc.). Prices in restaurants are very high (for Iran)
A great hotel. High level. It is clear that everything is done expensively and richly, but time still does not spare anyone or anything. There are some signs of fatigue. But in general, everything is great.
The hotel is excellent, there is a swimming pool and gym, sauna, hammam. The only thing I didn't like was the monotonous breakfast if you get tired of living for a long time. And so in general, the hotel is excellent, I recommend it.
The hotel is well located, near the metro station, currency exchange, pistachio shop, many pleasant cafes around, the grand Tehran Bazaar and Gulistan Palace are also at hand. The only disadvantage for me personally is the lack of my own courtyard with greenery. The hotel itself has several restaurants for every taste. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The service is pleasant, the breakfasts are varied.
A good hotel, a good spa, a swimming pool and a gym. The signature dish that must be ordered at the restaurant is a Kebab Reed Kebab (according to our lamb square). But the hotel itself and the rooms are outdated and tired.
By Iranian standards, the hotel is good, with a claim to luxury. Thank you, the service is good, the staff is English-speaking, well-trained. The rooms are quite comfortable. The breakfasts are meager, even by Russian standards, they hardly stretch for three races. The atmosphere is comfortable, and in the evenings a pianist plays in the lobby.
It's difficult to get here, but if you get there, the hotel is typical 5 stars, they play the piano in the lobby and sing in the restaurant. A sea of delegations.
The rooms are small, cozy, you rest your knees in the sink in the bathroom :)
The food is good, gym / saunas / swimming pools are available
Great hotel, in the center of Tehran. helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Wonderful lounge on the top floor. There is a swimming pool and a fitness room. The lobby deserves a special mention.
The hotel is good, but its main problem lies in the constant malfunctions of the room access cards, i.e. almost every day you have to go down to the reception and explain that the card does not work, and it needs to be flashed
A great hotel in the heart of Tehran. The hotel is one of the best in Tehran, wonderful rooms, excellent restaurants, a gym. Convenient location. Near the metro, by taxi to the main business districts is also +/- close. In the evening, it's nice to walk along the boulevard to Lale Park or to the Tavazo store, buy nuts there. I definitely recommend it for tourist and business trips.
As for me, the hotel is overrated. The room stock is starting to "get tired" (the closet is fastened, the bathroom does not look the best, etc.). So it's definitely not worth paying a lot of money for it, 150 bucks for a regular room, well, it's definitely too much. Breakfasts are like in the simplest three. Out of 5 stars, only photos with celebrities who visited this hotel are on the walls.
The room is well equipped.
If you need a watering can for a shower, you will have to ask for it at the reception.
Nice bathroom
A minus point is very poor sound insulation
A good hotel, the rooms are not killed, the breakfasts are normal. The only sound insulation is average, alarm clocks and neighbors' conversations can be heard.
Inconsistency of actions regarding payment is not included in the system, if there is one, of course, previously made payments. It is necessary to save paper confirmations.
The breakfasts are meager, you need to take omelets and dates
The Internet is not working,
taxi drivers confuse it with the Palace of the same network.
I do not recommend either Iran or the hotel.
One of the most "gifted" nations in the world.

The hotel is tired. Breakfast is meager. There is a disco on the upper floors and therefore slotting until late in the evening. I'm not coming back.
