I applied to this company for a reason. The guys tested the computer, identified the problem and fixed it. Basically, everything is in essence, they didn't screw anything up, didn't push it through, and didn't take any extra money. I liked everything.
They took the computer to their son. Very friendly staff, explained everything, selected options for our budget, made a small gift. In general, we liked everything.
