Yesentai Mall is one of the best shopping malls I have visited. The spacious and modern rooms create a pleasant atmosphere for shopping and relaxation. The stores are represented by a wide range of global brands, and the quality of service is at a high level.
I especially liked the restaurants and cafes: here you can find dishes for every taste and spend time in a comfortable environment. The cinema also left a great impression – modern halls and high-quality equipment make watching movies a real pleasure.
And, of course, I can't help but mention a joke about local cafes: if you have a desire to drink 0.5 pepsi, be prepared for it to be served with such sophistication that you will feel like at a reception at the queen! In general, Yesentai Mall is a great place for shopping and entertainment. I recommend you to visit!

You can shop well in the mall, many global brands such as Prada, D&G and others are gathered here. There are ATMs, which is very convenient. And a grocery store. I was shocked by the prices. When I saw 6500 tenge for 100 grams of cherries, at first I did not believe it. I checked with the seller. Yes, he says, it's for 100 grams. It's cheaper in the North, beyond the Arctic Circle. It is clear that shopping malls and boutiques are not cheap, but there is some kind of overkill.

I was pleased with the variety of brands presented, the patience and courtesy of the consultants.
It was convenient for me to come in, because I was walking from the office in the next building. But I can assume that the center is not very conveniently located - you will have to go to it purposefully (it is in the distance, I do not remember public transport nearby). On the other hand, the CA of the center most likely does so.

4 floors - three floors of branded world boutiques at appropriate prices and one floor of a cinema with restaurants and fast food areas that somehow do not fit into such a style :))
There are elevators. There is a staircase. Everything is comfortable.
The toilets are clean, nice design. The booths are technically not very good (without noise insulation), there are few of them and there is no music.
After reading the reviews, I got the impression that they got positive ones for themselves, since such admiring reviews are usually not written.
I agree that for luxury shopping malls, the location is chosen on the outskirts of the city, and not in more prestigious places

There is no good designer to arrange all the boutiques for a comfortable visit, the second floor is generally like a bazaar, everything is scattered like a maze, it was not very comfortable for me personally.
