I really liked this residential complex, I came for a couple of weeks, as a result I stayed for 3 months. the location is convenient, near the embankment, but it is better to book for a long time because the daily rent is quite high.
The village is great. We have been living in it for 2 years now. I can't say anything bad. Everything is cozy, quiet and nice. The maintenance service is working fine.
The place is definitely beautiful. Quietly, calmly. But if you don't have a car, you can get there by taxi. If the place of work is nearby, then you can walk. Yoshintai Mall is a 20-minute walk away. The apartments are of low quality. Especially the layout, the line-up.
Clean entrances, beautiful architecture, convenient location - this is the advertising slogan. For me, a piece of Europe in the center of Almaty, despite the unfinished building, is very cozy, coffee shops and bakeries bring a good mood with their aroma.A light breeze is constantly blowing from the mountains, which is a big plus for Alma-Ata.I was also struck by some kind of silence, and this despite Friday evening and Al-Farabi Avenue nearby. The overall impression is on a solid pyaterochka, although the lack of trash cans has blurred.Like it
A calm, eco-friendly, quiet area in the foothills above the city. Convenient access to the territory, neat and smooth roads inside the complex. In general, peace and quiet in the evening and a convenient place to start the business life of Almaty in the morning.
I used to think this was a great place to live, despite the price tag. Then I visited a friend's house and realized how boring it was there. There are also leaky roofs on the top floor, and there are problems with sewerage on the first floor. In the town itself, everyone is not well-groomed.
An interesting facade, not traditional for our region, there is security, surveillance and all that. I do not live here and was not particularly interested, although I heard that 1 sq.m. costs approx. 715,000 tenge, gas heating and houses seem to be cold, which tt did not take into account (rumors)
Unpaved roads!. A bruschatka around the perimeter that converges after rains and is reflected on the chassis of the car!! There are no grocery stores, and noise at night near cafes and restaurants!!..although the area is not cheap, it seems that it was not done for quality!.but for beauty ..
