The phone was handed over to A1 on 01.08 under an extended warranty, the screen was broken. 06.08. they called from the service center and said that they need to change the screen module and need to pay 41 rubles on 18.08. the part will arrive, we will install it on that day, and you will pick up the phone on 22-23.
I'm calling myself on 08/25. they tell me that the part was defective, so the phone wasn't repaired, and they don't know when the new part will be, and they offered to pick up the broken phone and use it, and as soon as the part arrives (apparently after another 2 months), I'll give the phone back and not sure what they'll do. I told them to return my phone and money, and the operator replied that the device would be handed over to A1. I called 27 to clarify if they had handed over the phone, to which the operator replied that they had just assembled the phone (it was probably lying disassembled in the workshop) and they would only hand it over on 30.08.
As a result, the phone was in the service center for a month without repair. I called other service centers and they all had spare parts and repairs for my phone model for 1 day, and only here is such a mockery of customers. I got the impression that they don't care about repairs at all, they are deliberately delaying so as not to repair the phone, and angry customers took the phones and repaired them elsewhere. And from that, they have money for an unused extended warranty. Therefore, the lack of operator interest is beyond praise.
