ES Dubai International English School. It's a very atmospheric place, it's a student place. People of different ages, nationalities, and language groups gathered in one place. And everyone seems to be strangers, but in class you realize that they are the same as you - people who have come to learn English and make new acquaintances. As for efficiency, definitely YES, because you have to communicate with different people every minute, and the only thing that unites everyone is English.
The child was trained in August, the teachers, the school itself, the location is excellent. I will remove 2 stars because of our Russian!!!! the staff that works at this school. Starting with the administrator, with a detached look, without mood....there is absolute peace here, which does not exactly speak about customer orientation and attentiveness to the guests of the school. No one will make unnecessary movements if your question is answered, you are in debt)))) Alas, such feelings remained...My child got sick on the last day and could not attend school, no one wrote, clarified, asked, volunteered herself, but apparently it was not necessary. The sediment remained... If we return to this school, although it is not the first and not the last on our list, it is only because of the teachers and the location of the school itself.....
The school is very cool! My son studied for a month in October 2023 under the intensive program. I attended classes from 12 to 17-45 with great desire. 6 hours a day did not fly by noticeably. The location is excellent, it is located in the JLT area. We stayed at the Marina - 7 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to the school via the DMCC metro stop. The school employs professionals! The teachers are great! Jenny and James- you are the best!
My first impression of ES Dubai turned out to be extremely negative, primarily due to the dismissive attitude of the managers, namely Kunduz Kadirova.
From the very beginning of the collaboration, I was faced with constant ignoring of my messages. The manager could not respond for 2-3 days until I contacted other employees of the company for help. At the same time, as soon as it came to payment, the manager reacted immediately. After the payment was successfully completed, the contact with the manager disappeared again for 4 days, and I remained completely unaware of the payment status. I would like to note that the other managers I contacted could not help me, since Kunduz Kadirova was appointed my manager.
This situation raises serious questions about the organization of work at ES Dubai. If the Kunduz Kadirova manager is overworked, why can't the company quickly redirect clients to other specialists?
As a result, I did not receive any promised escort and support, instead I was faced with a disgusting attitude.

Following the successful processing of the payment, communication with the manager once again ceased for 4 days, leaving me completely uncertain about the payment status. It should be noted that other managers I contacted were unable to assist me, as Kunduz had been assigned as my dedicated manager.

The best language practices are here! The best English language teachers are here! The best student experience is here! Incredible atmosphere, positive attitude and everything is very cool!
The school is decent, occupies several floors, makes a schedule so that all students can attend classes and not crowd all at once in the classrooms.
What's great is that the school offers not only study and entertainment for its students, but also the opportunity to find a job! I've never seen this before in schools in other countries.
The only thing is that their residence is really "on the horns". 35-40 minutes from school. In the middle of nowhere.
It's not very convenient for a fun student life. You are constantly tied to the bus (fortunately, there is one). You need to know his schedule and preferably come in advance.
Or a taxi. Which costs a pretty penny.
You have to leave the residence in the morning immediately prepared for everything))) so as not to come back in the middle of the day.
10 out of 5, I should note the fact that ES DUBAI is the best place not only as a language learning school, but also in terms of assistance for admission to Dubai universities (IELS is needed - bullshit) with teachers, it's just a buzz here, the level is not important, because having passed any level - up to advanced or studying in university- just spit, the atmosphere in the classrooms is always fun and easy, in general, not a school, but just a paradise oasis
