We stayed at the hotel, arriving in Yerevan for 5 days. I will describe the room that was declared as a Suite with a hot tub. Of the few advantages:
- the room is large, due to the layout it consists of two parts - a bedroom and a "living room"
- a huge bathroom, there is a shower and a large Jacuzzi bath
- check-in is possible around the clock, we checked in at 5 a.m. for a reasonable surcharge
That's all for now. The suite does not pull under any circumstances. Why:
- there are no basic utensils in the room (cups, plates, forks) - you can ask, but surprisingly, the suite does not include this by default
- not a single bottle of water
- even if you have tea or coffee with you, you need to go somewhere for boiling water, because there is no kettle in the room
- there are only a couple of shower gels in the bathroom, no shampoo. The soap looks so old that it has already begun to crumble
- no dressing gowns
- no hair dryer
- there is no cup for toothbrushes
- the plumbing is divorced, it does not shine with cleanliness, it clearly lacks a Domestos
- the bed linen feels like it's half synthetic, it's not pleasant to sleep
- there is no bedside table in the bathroom or a place where you can put your makeup bag and hygiene supplies
- the air conditioner makes noise as if it is a Soviet fan, even at the minimum mode
- the pool indicated in the photo no longer exists in the hotel
- repair is either old or low-quality - wallpaper is peeling off the walls
- there are no chairs in the room, only small ottomans
- there is no ordinary desk, just a small coffee table
In general, in fact, it will do for the night, but do not flatter yourself about the "suite". And, of course, for this money there are definitely plenty of offers from really hotels with an elementary set of household items and service. At the same time, it is separately indicated at the reception that the payment for accommodation is not refundable (that is, after seeing all these delights, you will not be able to move out anywhere), so I recommend that you consider the room for things critical for you before checking in)
I planned to stay at this hotel for a week after arriving in Armenia. As a result, there are only 3 days left!
I took a room with air conditioning, and with all the other amenities. As a result, having turned on the air conditioner at night, it turned out that it did not work ...
for 3 days I asked to fix it, there was no action from the staff…
I left the keys, as they promised to fix the air conditioner... no action was taken....
Besides, the room is not cleaned. In the bathroom, the floor is wet all the time, it's flowing from somewhere ... they asked for a rag to sing, in the end they said that the towels that hang for hands are used to wipe the floor... it's just a horror…
Rude attitude towards the guests!
The main one came (as she introduced herself that she was the main one, no first name or last name... nothing! It's just that I'm in charge here) in order to solve problems with the number…
We asked for another room with the same conditions, only with normal air conditioning and at the same price…
We were refused, the main one there did not solve the problem in any way ... she was just rude, shouted and demanded to vacate the room…
I have not seen such an attitude towards the guests yet, I was left in terrible shock…
Home, it's just the staff or the director, or it doesn't matter who ... visitors are not treated like that ... terrible attitude, and the fact that they demanded to vacate the room! This is not humanity! Without warning, so that the person would have time to find another hotel and move!!!!
The room came across, on the 1st floor, immediately to the right, next to the stairs. The niche in which the bed stands is located just under the stairs. Someone is coming down or up, it feels like someone is stepping on your head. It was not pleasant. Breakfast can be prepared by the staff. There is no dining room. At 10 min. walking distance to the food court, supermarket and VTB bank. There is a central OVIR in the neighboring building, there are always a lot of cars in the parking lot, parking is not easy. It is difficult to enter the hotel during business hours. In my opinion, the room is not dirty, but somehow "greasy". There is a TV. The room is not cozy. Upon check-in, the condition was set that only cash is needed. I didn't like the administration's position on booking. Maybe this is normal for the hotel business, I just don't like people who have only coins in their eyes. Whether I will stay here again, no.

We arrived for 5 days, it was hell, the air conditioner did not work, I asked to fix it, they came and set it up every now and then, on the street 36 +, imagine that in the room, they came to the room to spend the night cleanly and this night was I do not know how, during all this time they never cleaned the room, did not change the bed and towels, I thought I would come here, but no, I don't recommend it anymore.,,,,,,,
There were large rooms in March, cleanliness in the rooms, adequate attitude of the administrators, silence at night, although there is a huge pit in front of the building 20 meters away and a construction site nearby. There are many shops nearby.

A good hotel , with friendly staff and an adequate price
The rooms in the hotel are clean and cozy.
The breakfasts are delicious. We were treated to a traditional dish -Hash. I was pleasantly impressed.
The rooms are tiny, but everything is clean and tidy. There is no sound insulation at all. You can hear everything and everyone. They were allowed to take a table in the dining room with their food. There is a hypermarket nearby - we bought everything we needed.

They behave shamelessly, do not take into account the time of sleep and rest of the guests, arrange night feasts and smoke almost next to the doors of the rooms of the guests. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, I have never seen anything worse.
