We chose the hotel expecting a special feature - buildings, location and views. You were not mistaken! I liked the "antiquity" of the exterior and interior! The design of the room met the expectation! Proximity to the Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar and other locations we need! The room is equipped with everything you need: a kettle, bathroom amenities, a hairdryer and slippers. There are no bathrobes and toothbrushes - it didn't matter to us. Breakfast on the roof with a stunning view (photos and videos) is important to us! A friendly attitude is important!
Hot for breakfast - egg dishes: omelette, fried eggs, scramble. There is tea, coffee from the vending machine, pastries. The breakfast is delicious. You won't be hungry! Get ready to eat and spend money in cafes and restaurants in Istanbul. The administrators speak English. One is in Russian. Both are ready to help! There was a very friendly attitude towards us.
This hotel has left me with pleasant memories. Location at 5, the main Sultanahmet Square is 500 meters away. Of course, it is very crowded and narrow streets, but this did not upset us, because we were in Istanbul, and there it is the norm. The room was given a large one, there was enough space for 4. The receptionists were polite and responded to all our requests. I'm shooting a star for breakfast. They were meager and all four days I had to eat either an omelet or scrambled eggs. Sausage, cheese, tomato, cucumber, olives, olives and a couple of types of pastries for tea. Once the pie was mildewed, the oranges were rotten. But the view from the terrace window and the seagulls nearby lifted our spirits.
It is a good room for Istanbul, we had a family room for three, relative to the other rooms in this hotel it was large. The breakfasts are monotonous, but delicious omelette and coffee from the coffee machine. Friendly staff, always go to a meeting. The sound insulation is good or we were so lucky with the neighbors, but we lived in two different hotel rooms, on different floors and did not hear the neighbors
