Good afternoon! We stayed at this hotel from 5.02-11.02.2024. The hotel is located next to the historical landmark Erebuni Fortress, the area is quiet, safe, 30 minutes by bus from the center. Getting to the center will not be a problem for you, there is a bus stop within a three-minute walk, there is a lot of public transport. There are grocery stores nearby. The hotel and the room are clean, there is a shared kitchen with all cooking facilities. There is also a washing machine. The room was very warm, there is hot water, comfortable new furniture. The owner of the hotel is a very helpful person, always helped if there were any questions. The rooms are the same as in the photos. It was a wonderful vacation, Yerevan is a wonderful city, we will definitely come back to you in the summer! Thank you very much!

The bottom. The shower is leaking, the toilet barrel is broken, you have to fix it, it's dirty. The room is 4 sq.m., without a window, dirty, cardboard walls. The reception is just in the hallway, where the hostess is talking on video at full volume and towels and linen are drying right on the railing. The only plus is the price, but it's not worth it.

The hotel is suitable for those who come to the room only to spend the night, because the room is small and without a TV, and for an overnight stay there is a good bed with a decent mattress and air conditioning. The ceilings are high and that's probably why it's difficult to remove cobwebs from the ceiling. The bathroom has high humidity, although there is a hood. The best impression is from the girl who works there. I wish the hotel prosperity and ask you to pay more attention to the cleanliness and serviceability of all hotel equipment.
