I visited Erebuni in January 2025, during the January holidays. A great city hotel, small but very cozy. The room is spacious, there is everything you need, everything is working. There is no central heating, it was cool enough, but it wasn't critical for me, there were plenty of blankets. The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying, hot dishes (porridge, potatoes, pasta, omelette, sausages), sliced cheese and meat, vegetables and fruits, very tasty pastries (croissants, puffs, pies), and what eclairs and rings of custard dough with custard cream ..., just like in childhood... The staff is polite, and the attitude towards Russians is very good. Very convenient location of the hotel, right in the center of the city, went out of the hotel into the arch and you are on Republic Square. I highly recommend the hotel!!

Great for your money. The service is excellent. Glasses in the room, a corkscrew will be brought. An umbrella was provided for a walk. Zatrak is a separate art form. The sweets are sooo delicious. The sausages are wonderful. The location of the hotel is very convenient!

I flew in from Yerevan two days ago and I miss you already. I stayed at the Erebuni Hotel. The hotel is wonderful! The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, the breakfasts are varied and sooo delicious! The location of the hotel couldn't be better! A magnificent hotel in the heart of Yerevan. 30 meters and you are on the main square, Republic Square, the government quarter, and the government building. Convenient location of the hotel. Right on Republic Square. Everything can be reached on foot. The hotel itself is a bit outdated. The sofas in the lobby bar are untidy and generally not comfortable. There was a smell of sewage in the room, some of the rooms were closed for repairs, something happened to the pipes. The towels smelled like bleach. We did not receive the desired room with a balcony. The breakfasts are very decent.

The location is excellent, the very center of Yerevan. Almost everything is within walking distance. Breakfasts are just a "bomb". In the entire history of travel, and there were quite a lot of them, I have not met such a variety. Part of the menu is updated every day. Besides, it's just delicious. The staff is friendly. And it was comfortable to sleep. Comfortable pillows are rarely found in hotels. In general, I advise everyone.

We were at the hotel for the New Year holidays! The hotel has slippers, bathrobes, high-quality soap and gel (Dav) . There are no toothbrushes. It was cleaned every day. Towels were changed every day! The breakfasts were really new: sturgeon, pork, salads, cognac, champagne... everything is beautifully decorated... You can say 7* There was always a fruit plate, pastries, sweets and, of course, cognac at the entrance. It was a pleasant surprise for us! Location on 10 + The staff is friendly and attentive! Special thanks to the girls at the reception, to the administrator Laura and Zarukha: everyone will always prompt and tell you, they gave you a map of the city upon arrival, they tried to move travelers tired of the road into the room as soon as possible, in general, thank you for everything, reliable and polite! The security guards always open the door at the entrance, it's very convenient when carrying bags. The room is amazing, it's better not to: just such a view, a balcony, a large room, there is also a coffee table and two armchairs. Smart TV, multiple channels. Cleaning is done conscientiously every day! And of course, I can't help but mention the delicious breakfasts under the guidance of Arthur, we will remember your care and professionalism! Everything is prepared by hand, everything is delicious and exclusive. To be honest, we're even uncomfortable now that we couldn't stop and resist the delicious dishes. Maybe I should have eaten less, but it's impossible, everything is very tasty and fresh!!! There are several types of fruits, pies, pancakes and all kinds of cheeses and cold cuts + a large selection of hot dishes! There is a variety of homemade jam. Fantastic! At the end of the stay, we learned that there is such an option as dinner. We will only eat at our hotel next time, we don't need anything else! The location is great, I will not duplicate the previous reviews, it is, near Fantana and the entire infrastructure of the city! We are very pleased that we stayed at this particular hotel, we will come again! Thanks to the hotel owner and all the staff! Beyond praise.

The location is gorgeous: the center, you can walk to all the iconic points, the room is excellent: we ordered for 3 people (two adults and a child of 10 years old), so we were allocated a chic room in size, my daughter has her own double bed!!!. The breakfasts are simply awesome: there is everything and delicious, varied by day. The service was decent, as a last resort we always returned to a tidy, clean room. A comfortable large bed, a seating area, plumbing is in order. The breakfast is quite decent. The shame of the hotel is instant coffee! The location couldn't be better! On the Republic Square. Despite the center, the room is quiet. The girls at the reception desk are friendly and always ready to help.

Parking was problematic, as they asked to put it in the parking lot, which was vacated at 8 pm. We were also not surprised by the breakfasts, which were very ordinary and monotonous. At the same time, if you get to the wrong time, then there could already be a lot of things that could not be and you had to be content with what you have. And the price, of course, is no longer small
