Good and simple hotel with the great personel.

I visited Erebuni in January 2025, during the January holidays. A great city hotel, small but very cozy. The room is spacious, there is everything you need, everything is working. There is no central heating, it was cool enough, but it wasn't critical for me, there were plenty of blankets. The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying, hot dishes (porridge, potatoes, pasta, omelette, sausages), sliced cheese and meat, vegetables and fruits, very tasty pastries (croissants, puffs, pies), and what eclairs and rings of custard dough with custard cream ..., just like in childhood... The staff is polite, and the attitude towards Russians is very good. Very convenient location of the hotel, right in the center of the city, went out of the hotel into the arch and you are on Republic Square. I highly recommend the hotel!!

The location is excellent, the very center of Yerevan. Almost everything is within walking distance. Breakfasts are just a "bomb". In the entire history of travel, and there were quite a lot of them, I have not met such a variety. Part of the menu is updated every day. Besides, it's just delicious. The staff is friendly. And it was comfortable to sleep. Comfortable pillows are rarely found in hotels. In general, I advise everyone.

I flew in from Yerevan two days ago and I miss you already. I stayed at the Erebuni Hotel. The hotel is wonderful! The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, the breakfasts are varied and sooo delicious! The location of the hotel couldn't be better! The staff is friendly, friendly, they will prompt and tell you everything! Thank you for the rest! Next time, only EREBUNI!

The location is ideal in the very center, on Parliament Square, but the noise of the road is not audible.the main attractions are within walking distance! I will definitely come again! I recommend visits. The breakfasts are very tasty - buffet! The hotel must be booked in advance!

Convenient location of the hotel. Right on Republic Square. Everything can be reached on foot. The hotel itself is a bit outdated. The sofas in the lobby bar are untidy and generally not comfortable. There was a smell of sewage in the room, some of the rooms were closed for repairs, something happened to the pipes. The towels smelled like bleach. We did not receive the desired room with a balcony. The breakfasts are very decent.

We were at the hotel for the New Year holidays!
The hotel has slippers, bathrobes, high-quality soap and gel (Dav) . There are no toothbrushes. It was cleaned every day. Towels were changed every day!
The breakfasts were really new: sturgeon, pork, salads, cognac, champagne... everything is beautifully decorated... You can say 7*
There was always a fruit plate, pastries, sweets and, of course, cognac at the entrance. It was a pleasant surprise for us!

The location is gorgeous: the center, you can walk to all the iconic points, the room is excellent: we ordered for 3 people (two adults and a child of 10 years old), so we were allocated a chic room in size, my daughter has her own double bed!!!. The breakfasts are simply awesome: there is everything and delicious, varied by day. The service was decent, as a last resort we always returned to a tidy, clean room. The staff is friendly and helpful. In general, at our discretion, everything is very decent.

A great hotel for your money, location and breakfast! The reception is very friendly, everyone knows Russian perfectly well. A good option in terms of price and quality ratio.Excellent location-you came out of the arch and you are on Republic Square, the very center.The room corresponds to the photo on the hotel's website. Not new, but everything you need is there, spacious, very comfortable bed.The staff is polite, the girls at the reception always tried to help.
The only drawback is the breakfasts. Of course, you will not stay hungry, but the choice is small, and the quality of some products (sausages, sausage is not so good).Coffee from a vat is definitely a minus. It does not correspond to a 4-star hotel.
Everything else is fine.

The only thing there are complaints about is the elevator, if you click on 3 floors at once, it will not go. In short, the elevator needs instructions, otherwise everything is super, I liked it

Of course this is the center! You just have to come here! The food in the center is delicious everywhere - there are no bad restaurants. Hotels are exactly 1.5-2 times more expensive than if you drive 3-5 km away from the center! The breakfasts are dense, delicious, varied, fresh juices on every corner! In SAS stores you will find everything that a tourist, a child, an adult, an elderly, etc. needs

We stayed in this hotel in mid-April 2023 for a full week. The room is 40 sq. m., large, quite cozy and clean. Everything you need is there. A comfortable large bed, a seating area, plumbing is in order. The breakfast is quite decent. The shame of the hotel is instant coffee! The location couldn't be better! On the Republic Square. Despite the center, the room is quiet. The girls at the reception desk are friendly and always ready to help.

The advantages include the location. There is nowhere closer to the center. The rooms are not bad either - we had a three-room one and there was enough space for two families in it. Parking was problematic, as they asked to put it in the parking lot, which was vacated at 8 pm. We were also not surprised by the breakfasts, which were very ordinary and monotonous. At the same time, if you get to the wrong time, then there could already be a lot of things that could not be and you had to be content with what you have. And the price, of course, is no longer small

1. There is no drinking water in the room, except for the minibar.
2. I was at breakfast 2 times and both times I missed the hot one. There is very little porridge, scrambled eggs, and pancakes on the table.

A very cool hotel!!! Imagine that you will be on the Red Square in Moscow, this is the same location of the Erebuni Hotel.The hotel provides bathrobes, slippers, and even umbrellas in case of rain, the door is opened in front of you at the entrance and exit.The breakfasts are quite decent, you will not be hungry, there is a bar with drinks inside the room.Iranians, British and our Russian citizens are resting at the hotel.

Everything is bad from the staff with the Soviet mindset, who kicks out of breakfast at exactly 11:00 (the breakfasts are not delicious), at night they do not monitor the silence and order in the hotel (in the next room at one o'clock in the morning 6!!! a man threw a party, I had to figure it out myself – it's wildly not pleasant!) to dilapidated rooms with mold in the shower and old towels. The mattress and bed linen were good, the location was good. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I never thought that they could be so ill-mannered and tactless!!! They extorted money that they had already paid for in fact - and threatened that we would not be able to leave.
