We booked the hotel Erciyes for October 14-16, 2024 on the basis of breakfast.
1. The hotel is terrible, very old, stinks, the rooms are not ventilated. There was no hot water in the shower. There was no water in the toilet, then an employee came and "fixed" it, after which water continuously poured into the toilet for two days that we stayed there. The condition of the rooms is terrible, like in prisons from movies, the bed linen is like from a garbage dump.
2. The hotel staff is disrespectful, rude to the guests. They didn't let us sleep, they watched a soccer match all night, shouted, shouted, laughed. And at 9:00 a.m., when we came to breakfast, we were told that breakfast had not been prepared for us. If we want to get breakfast, then we need to pay 300 rubles per person and wait 30 minutes. We showed a voucher stating that we had breakfast included. To which the hotel employee at the reception replied that breakfast was paid. We did not argue and wrote about the incident to the Agoda website, where we booked the hotel. Many thanks to the Agoda website, they refunded us 1200 rubles of the amount paid for the hotel, as the amount for breakfast.
We do not recommend booking this hotel if you do not want to spoil your vacation.
