I have a Mazda cx-9, the problem was that the headlight was sweating and the cilia were not working properly, the price was announced on the phone beforehand, but it increased slightly due to the fact that the guys disassembled the headlight and found that there were problems with the wiring (rotted), sent a photo of the defect, agreed on the cost and they started the defect, the reason that the headlight was sweating (the glass was cracked, repaired for free), after 5 hours the car was ready somewhere, they gave a guarantee, everything was assembled carefully. In short, I am happy with their work, I wish the guys to move on and continue in the same spirit!

I found these guys on the Internet back in the summer, called, talked to Vyacheslav in a brotherly way), said let's do everything according to beauty.
As a result, I arrived for repairs a couple of months later.
I addressed the problem of loose wiring in the headlights, they said we would do it, no problem. We did it, OK
. I decided to put on bi ice, but if I had known that there would be such a fierce Chinese blue deshmansky light, I would never have put it on.
The left lens is shaking at idle, they said it can be fixed, but the adaptive will not work.
It's kind of okay, I've come to terms with it, it's my own fault, I should have looked for a better option.
Well, when the headlight started to fog up after the first wash, I took it back.

They called and said it was ready, but you need to pay an additional 160 rubles.
After 10 minutes of arguing on the phone, it was decided not to pay))
As a result, both headlights are sweating to this day.

I needed to repair the headlight (change the body, glass and rebuild the interior). I called them and they said they would do it in 2-3 days, which was fine with me. They said they would come and pick up the headlight themselves, since it had been removed. And that's where the fun started. They traveled for 2 days, then their cost changed 3 times. As for repairs, this is generally a separate topic. As a result, the entire repair took two weeks, then I overslept, then I forgot, then I needed to order a headlight donor (although it was said that I would order), then someone got sick, then I didn't get in touch at all. Communicating with a client as with a friend who has known him for 10 years, immediately asking for an advance payment, persistently pressing him that allegedly his cargo was delayed and the workers needed to be paid. Then he demanded 40p for the fact that he needed to pay off the minibus that was carrying the donor and himself for gasoline.(although I should note that I was assured that no donor was needed at all). Finally, they assembled the headlight, and then they messed up, lost the adjusting nut, and had to drag themselves across town with this headlight in their hands so that they could find it and put it back in place. But it's not over yet. When the body builders who repaired my car installed the headlight, they could not understand why the headlight was shining up and was not adjustable. It turned out that they forgot to fix the lens in the adjusting mechanism. Consequently, I had to go to them again (but since the car was already done, I went by car). Previously, I somehow got through and said what the problem was, and then they started telling me that the body builders were crooked and did not know how to regulate, etc. We agreed that I would arrive on the 10th and told him that I would warn my workers that they would be on the spot. As a result, when I arrived, everything was closed, I did not pick up the phone or reset it and answered only after 4 hours with some excuses. In order to remove the headlight, you need to lower one side of the bumper and the radiator grille. So they did it, but they couldn't put it back properly (cracks appeared, two completely new clips in the bumper and wing were broken, they couldn't put the headlight on properly at all). And yes, they had to disassemble and assemble the headlight again to snap the lens. In the end, the owner had the audacity to ask for money for a glass sealant.

Super office. Don't fall for this company if you don't want to be without electricity at all. I work with this company on an ongoing basis, I was looking for a website based on their rating for the sake of reading interest, I don't understand why people immediately give low marks because of small things and do not adequately evaluate them.
We constantly carry their headlights for repairs and alterations of lights, etc.
Everything is done efficiently and accurately, while they always call and coordinate everything, in other words, there are no complaints about the boys, I wish them prosperity and we will continue to cooperate.
One of the nuances is that deadlines are sometimes postponed. As it is, everyone is happy, however, I recommend it.

The quality of the work is terrible. I changed the lenses in the headlights, as a result, everything was twisted, the headlights were not adjusted, and one of the lenses ended up living only a week. When the dead lens was opened, no one could even determine what kind of lens it was or from which manufacturer.

About the service, everything is culturally and neatly, but there is not enough waiting room for the client, as I was told at the moment they are doing repairs there, and everything else is on top. I went to them with the problem of fogging up the left headlight, but in the process it turned out that it was necessary to change the lick in which the reflector burned out. As a result, I decided to install cool bi-ice modules. As a result, the headlights were removed, it was very difficult for me, because I had to remove the bumper. After the headlights were glued, a crack was found, all the cracks on both headlights were sealed, and a sealant was used to seal them. Next, we found the frames, introduced billed modules into this headlight, from which I get right high, sealed the headlight with a new sealant, removing the old one, and put everything back together. All functions work, namely near-far, adaptive, etc. And it was all done in a day and inexpensively. I'm just getting high from the light. I recommend contacting them. A big plus is that you can watch the process yourself, you can drink free coffee, you can take home if you need to leave the car for a few days. Cool guys and smart, I know my job.
