A new modern hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. 51 floors (rooms from 30 to 49 floors, apartments below). On the 29th floor there is an open, though not large, swimming pool, SPA, and an excellent gym. The bar is on the 51st floor with a magnificent view of the Petronas towers and the city center (it is better to book in advance). The staff is helpful and attentive. The cleanliness and quality of the rooms are at the highest level. Breakfast with a large number of local dishes, which is expected, but reduces the choice if you are not an amateur.
My review will not be short, but it will be useful for sure.
The pros are super responsive and sincere staff, no forced smiles.
Everyone from the janitor to the receptionist is ready to help.
The hotel itself has luxurious rooms with a private bathroom, a large bed + automatic blinds (an alternative to black out curtains).
The nuance is not the most thoughtful lighting scheme.
Food - we took breakfast, there is everything - European, Chinese, Indian cuisine (the sea of dishes is delicious and you will not leave hungry).
A very comfortable area with sofas - as a rule, they give good places with a child.
Excellent infinity pool - view, length + separate Jacuzzi area inside a frame of greenery.
Also, at the end of the stay, my daughter got sick - firstly, they extended the stay for 2 hours ( check-out was at 12), secondly, there is a doctor downstairs (suggested by a young man, I don't remember his name - I would like to express gratitude), who looked and gave a conclusion ( even if there is no insurance - we had - the cost of admission was 600 rubles).
There is also a cool cafe downstairs - reasonable prices and delicious, there is ready-made food like sandwiches, bowls, salads - if you are too lazy to go somewhere)))
Well, the location itself for tourists is the golden triangle - there are many places nearby.
Cons - they mistakenly took a deposit upon arrival (I paid everything in advance with a debit card, if with a credit card, they take it for insurance), so 25,000 "hung up" while waiting - they write about 14 working days.
Well, once the room was not cleaned - although the icon was on to do it, and we were gone for a long time (about 4 hours).
As a result, they were already cleaning in front of us.
The result is that I recommend the hotel (albeit with small reservations).
Excellent location, within walking distance of the park, Petronas towers, shopping centers, including a large Pavilion. You can walk to the metro station. The hotel itself is 10 out of 10. We had a room on the 42nd floor, a beautiful view is guaranteed. Modern, clean hotel with excellent infrastructure - swimming pool, fitness room with sauna, excellent breakfasts. I definitely recommend it!
A wonderful hotel within walking distance from the towers, the view from the room is wonderful. The room has everything and even a capsule coffee machine, there is a bathroom and a shower cabin, who likes what. Multi-level light in the room, which is also convenient. Good breakfasts.
Interesting statues near and inside the hotel, there is a grand piano in the waiting area
Everything is clean, new, and beautiful. The room has everything you need. Nice pool on the 29th floor. Convenient location right in the center.
Initially, they said that they would not be able to install a bed for a child in a premium room. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room, and the bed was already standing. Many thanks to the staff for their care
The most luxurious hotel, with exceptional service and rooms. I would also like to mention the gorgeous pool on the 29th floor and the view from the rooms to the Petronas Towers. Probably one of the best hotels I've ever been to. The breakfast is also very varied and delicious. The staff is helpful and helpful. I strongly advise you to stay here.
A pleasant hotel with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi on the roof of the 29th floor. The view of Kuala Lumpur and the twin Towers is very interesting.
The room rate includes both access to the pool and the gym with a sauna.
The rooms are cozy and fresh.
Convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. I have been staying at the hotel since 2019, before that at the Millennium and the Pavilion. First for work, and now during private trips. All major attractions can be reached on foot. I recommend it!
A magnificent hotel. I happened to live there from February 4-6, 2020. A beautiful bar on the 53rd floor, or 52nd, I don't remember exactly. And the breakfasts.... It was not possible to try everything. I have very, very pleasant memories.
