I have a good expensive mouse logitech. The wire was frayed, it was being repaired to replace the wire. When I was putting it in for repair, did I specify whether the tail would be put on the original one or which one would have to? The girl behind the counter said they would put the original one on. Then the repair man called, I clarified with him - will they put the same original? Answer: Yes, it is original.
A friend went to pick it up, he brings it - a cheap thin wire, like a mouse for 100 UAH.. And most importantly, my family is in a bag next to me. Heaven and earth. That's how you can lie to your face like that?
I call them and tell them about this situation. The one I talked to listened and gave out:
- I understand you're not happy about something.
- Actually, yes, I'm not happy.
- Well, bring the mouse, we'll put your tail in its place.
Thank you, of course, but no. I have to wait another week for it to be returned to its place, and then it's not interesting to do it in a new place.
