In a conversation on the phone and in correspondence by telegram, I was told that the delivery would most likely take place on December 31 in the afternoon. Okay, I think it's fine. But on December 31, nothing was delivered, the phone was turned off, the message was viewed in the telegram, but they did not respond. On January 2, the phone is also turned off, messages are not being read. No feedback, they say that it is not possible to deliver, sorry, etc. I wrote to cancel the order. As a result: of course, I'm a little disappointed that it didn't work out to please a person with a gift for the New Year, not a disaster, but still unpleasant.
