The cafe is not legally built, it prevents the residents of the house from living, it is not possible to sleep music, light illumination, loud noisy guests the smell of burnt meat enters the apartment, the sidewalk passage is closed.... THE CAFE NEEDS TO BE DEMOLISHED IT DOESN'T BELONG HERE
