Great service. Highly recommended. Everything is clean and neat. I want to especially mention the professionalism and kindness of Kamilla, the receptionist. She tried her best to find a suitable time for the visit, and was nice when I had to change the time.

I've been a regular customer at the epilation studio for a year now, and I wanted to tell you about my experience. They gave me Master Zulfiya , who did a terrible job . It was like I was not having hair removal , but giving birth . The procedure is only for the bikini and armpits, it takes too long, the master's technique is terrible - he applies wax, then smears it on the skin and pulls the hairs, after that he went over the same skin with a piece of paper and wax, but after spending so much time and causing so much pain, the result is bad. I witnessed it myself , my mother , and the master who had to redo it all . Zulfiya did not apologize , did not come out of the basement to check on my condition - my lips were blue and shaking , she does not admit her mistake . She called her job perfect , said that this is due to the fact that the hair is long and you need to come in time , but this is not my first time having hair removal and I know what it feels like to remove both long and short hair . Even if you think logically, you can understand that having long hair is less painful. My whole skin is red. I just wonder how such an epilation studio could hire such a master. It turns out that you don't check the quality and skills of the master at all? The fact that the master is a beginner does not mean that he can be forgiven for such poor work . It hurts , it takes a long time , and it 's a bad result !!

Excellent laser studio. The staff are so polite, good service, everything is clean and the main thing is disposable, and the master I go to is a professional in his field, carefully conducts the process and works individually.
