The hotel is very conveniently located right in the center of Belgrade in a pedestrian zone. The staff is polite, the rooms are cozy and clean. The buffet is small and has hardly changed in a week. That is, the fillings in the pie changed, and the main dishes were monotonous and there were few of them to choose from. The air conditioning in the room we were put in was faulty. A day later, we were moved to another room, where the air conditioner worked during the day, and forced automatic mode was turned on at night. I was stuffy in this mode. We slept with the windows open, and since there was a 2nd floor overlooking a pedestrian street, the noise and screams did not stop until 2-3 o'clock in the morning, plus cigarette smoke. All the nights were torment for me. The hotel is good, but next time we will look for a hotel with an autonomous air conditioner in the room to be able to regulate the temperature ourselves.

Great location, nice rooms, decent beds, pillows, blankets, linen. Overall, a good breakfast. There are solid 4 stars for Belgrade.
Now about the cons: the staff at the reception desk could have been more cheerful, after all, this is the hospitality industry (I can't say that they are not happy with guests, but this joy is not felt, everything is on duty); breakfast for 4 stars should not be as modest as theirs, the coffee is tasteless, from the filter, it is in thermoses.
