Pre-booked and paid for (!) the car is available through the company's website. We received an email that the booking was confirmed. They indicated that we needed a car to travel a distance of more than 400 km.
Upon receiving the car, we encountered terrible service: there was no car of the right class. The company offered several options;
1. Wait a couple of hours without any Guarantees. We already had a hotel booked in another city, we were not ready to wait without understanding whether there would be a car or not
2. Get an electric car with a range of 200 km. I would love to take it, but I asked for a charging card for Turkey. (!) and there were NONE on our route. The employee offered to drive another 40 km from the destination to charge the car and "drink coffee"
3. He offered to take a BMW (class above) paying another 4 thousand lira in addition.
In general, for me, this is a lack of options, since for my part I booked the car in advance, paid for it and received confirmation.
I added one star, as there were no such surprises with this company before.
