We ordered a target +SMM from them. The Robotics Project
1) The target was set up by Muhammad: A lot of leads, not a single one reached the demo, not a single sale. The target audience is configured primitively. The monthly budget was leaked.
We have expensive toys, the target was set for an audience of 18-55, (this already turned out when the project with them was already completed and they sent screenshots of the settings. They hadn't shown it to us before, they just made excuses that it wasn't about the leads, but about our weak sales and that the product was expensive. I understand everything, but by age, this is the most primitive targeting setting. No marketer will choose such an audience. Our product is cool. Yes, we are weak in sales. But 0 sales is a very bad indicator, which does not justify marketing in any way.
2) SMM we had Stas- not a single interested customer- no one came to the
demonstration and not a single sale. We trusted the professionals, but it turned out that they didn't put competent people on our project. When we talked with the SMM manager, he couldn't even formulate which product of his work, he was making some incomprehensible posts.
The result from the new account: gained only 40 subscribers in a month, posts with very low reach.
3) Manager Aslan - at the agreed time of the call replied that he was at the dentist. And in general, he managed to lose our agreements, which he recorded during the previous call, wrote down (and there was very important information there). And after I became disillusioned with this company, and wrote to them that I was tired of their irresponsible behavior and asked for a refund, Aslan began to ignore me in the general chat of the project.

We also did not receive a personal advertising account after working with them, because it turned out that they set up advertising only in their office.
And for us, they created an account in Insta on a phone that they lost access to, and they couldn't find who the number belongs to, it's unavailable. That is, we couldn't even get a secure account from them in the form of a resource that we paid for.
It's a disgrace.
I don't recommend this marketing agency. Result =0 and wasted time, nerves and money.
