My husband and I started coming to this hotel in 2008. I have problems with my joints. And nothing has changed since then. No services, no equipment. (except for the prices, of course). That's why we only took a mud pack this year. And, of course, we sat in the thermal pool and swam in the open. The rest can be taken in other places more comfortably and fully.

Nice hotel. Convenient location, in the very center, a 5-minute walk from the legendary thermal lake. The hotel also has an outdoor and indoor swimming pool with thermal water from this lake. Among the shortcomings, the management should do something about the quality of cleaning in the rooms (even a towel thrown on the floor was picked up and hung back on the bathtub, dirty, and sometimes not lifted at all, they only came in to collect garbage bags from baskets) and the lack of seats in the restaurant. And yet, this cannot be attributed to shortcomings, but they are not enough of a buzz - bedbugs from our May bugs are everywhere. You can't open a window or balcony in the room - they immediately swoop, crawl, buzz, at first I thought a cockroach, then the cleaner gave me a booklet where everything is written about them, they fly from the forest, the whole town is drowned in the forest, so there is no escape from them. But if I had known about them in advance, it would have been easier for me to put up with them and I would not have panicked in vain))

Our most favorite hotel in Heviz!!! We like everything here , everything is very compact and comfortably located , there is a pool with natural water from Heviz , there is an outdoor pool and a pool with a Jacuzzi under the roof . Saunas , baths , steam rooms ... a restaurant where delicious food is prepared 🥰
