Customer orientation of the 80th level. I needed a drug that the veterinarian prescribed for the cat. It wasn't anywhere else, just them. I couldn't get in touch with them because of my work schedule. We agreed that they went to work earlier for me so that I could stop by before my work day. Thanks guys.
