Judging by the enthusiastic reviews of others (if they are not commissioned), the energy workers of the Gorodok district are excellent, but I have a different opinion. They have something to strive for and improve in. When the consumer's power supply was refused, they tried to assign a meter to an individual, but within three weeks they figured it out and offered to return an equivalent 2015 year (mine was 2014). At first, they agreed to the request together with the meter to dismantle the consumer's cabinet from the support, but then the operator called back and informed them that they did not have such an opportunity. It's really not difficult and I agree that it's not their responsibility. Just like a human being, I need to travel 25 km to unscrew 2 nuts and remove the cabinet. This operation is beyond the power of the employees of Gorodok power supply, but they can try to grab the consumer's property. Eventually, they inserted a counter into my 2011 mailbox. They put on shoes on the go. Perhaps the verification service of their system will refuse to verify it in the near future, referring to the old year of manufacture. Gorodoksky RES is no better. The line on the support was disconnected simply by biting off the wires at the top, while the clamps for fixing the wiring from top to bottom were not removed. To do this, you need to look for an electrician with claws and other ammunition again. The head of the RES, whom I had previously asked about the possibility of independently dismantling the wire they had disconnected, said with confidence that it would not be a problem for me to pick up the wire, perhaps I would only need a ladder. What and how they think is unclear to me. Maybe it's just me who was unlucky in this?
I am very grateful to the staff of the power supply company in Gorodok. In particular, Anna Vasilyevna Savchenko. I got all my questions answered. Thank you for your professional help and pleasant communication.
