I had a rest in August 22. The staff is good, there is a lot of food, the room is excellent, the guard did not work in the first room, they immediately moved to another room, I liked that for dinner the cook cooked different dishes on the fire, beer, vodka, wine at the bar is not very good, the pool has a kind atmosphere, the beach is very close, which of course is cool. In general, everything is as in the photo. I advise you not to pay attention to the little things, especially to spoil your vacation, be more polite, smile and people will reach out to you

I haven't seen worse hotels in 30 years. I realized that they just don't go to see Russian tourists here. There are only 2 Russian speakers, a man who invites you to the sauna and shopping, and a tall girl in the dining room. The guests are 80% Turks. I don't know what their rooms are, but Russians are provided with whatever they can. There has not been a repair for a long time, the doors, all of them, are broken, the entrance, the balcony, even in the closet. No mini bars, refrigerators, safes, hair dryers. There are no foot towels, beach towels, not even toilet paper. We arrived at night, I told the reception about the breakdowns, through a translator on the phone, the attendant wrote it down in a notebook, no one came. I had a meeting with the Anex guide, at his request I was given 1 towel and 2 rolls of toilet paper. There is no question of transferring to another room. The food is monotonous eggplants, zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, chopped, then along, then across, you can take as much as you want, chicken and potatoes are put on themselves piece by piece. Juices, coffee, tea from vending machines, drinking water from the cooler, you need to have an empty bottle.

I'll start with the fact that there is a hotel whose photo is posted and declared as 4*, and there is a shabby second hotel of the same chain, they say there are even a lot of 2*. I just fell for the beautiful photos of the first hotel and 4 * thought it was definitely not bad. When the documents were sent to me, I noticed that the name of the hotel was just that terrible old building, fortunately there was time before departure, I wrote to the operator to decide, in general, they spent two weeks, and still the issue was really decided in my favor, the documents had a new building with 4*. After reading the reviews, we prepared for the worst and decided not to pay attention and not spoil the rest.
We left from 08/31-14, arrived at night, we were met by a friendly man, escorted us to the room and showed everything, as we were later told we had the best room, the room was for three, we were with a child on the 4th floor, there was a bathtub not a hole in the floor as they say, there were of course flaws, we did not they began to spoil their recollections. Indeed, 80% of vacationers are local Turks. It all depends on the mood with which you are traveling, yes, the food was monotonous, there was practically no meat, it didn't upset much, but it's generally good. The staff, consisting mainly of mudchins, all sympathized with the son of 5 years old, played and amused him, I have noticed for the umpteenth time that Turks love children.
I will not recommend this hotel, but if you find yourself there, try not to pay attention to the negative disadvantages, because you came to relax by the sea!

The hotel has been renamed Vogue Royal Royal Beach. I do not know a worse hotel (I was in Turkey for the seventh time). Although there was a renovation last year, it probably affected only one 4th floor.
The food there is also very bad. There is not enough food for everyone, and what you get is not delicious.
The staff is trying very hard, but apparently the owner of the hotel is very greedy, his staff are working hard.

The bed is dirty, the mattress is very hard, there are no curtains on the windows, only transparent tulle. The bathroom is in mold, hoses are flowing, the shower curtain is stained, held on a wire. All the sockets are broken and wobbly. They haven't cleaned in 6 days, even though I asked.

I have never written such reviews before, but I have a very insulting and very unpleasant impression of staying at this hotel. We stayed at this hotel for three days, August 2022. I didn't like the word "completely". Moreover, the photos published by the hotel differ from what you see in the hotel in fact.
In three days, we managed to use hot water only once, the other times there was only cold water in the room. The feeling that the plumbing in the room is about to stop working. The room has a fairly old renovation; there is a hole for a refrigerator, but there is no refrigerator itself.
Room cleaning also deserves special attention, the hotel administration should reconsider its views on the current cleaning. We checked into a room in which the cleaning was clearly done "for show": there was garbage on the floor next to the ottoman on the carpet and even an empty can of beer, fragments from broken glass, dust and debris everywhere. Sheets with yellow spots.
I have never seen such tasteless food in Turkish hotels before, the food assortment is small, the dishes are dirty: people fly in instantly, raking everything in their path; moreover, the food that ended in the first five minutes of breakfast / lunch / dinner is not brought again. It's also better not to try alcohol, you won't even drink it for free. Of all the unspoiled things in this hotel, probably only water. I do not recommend this hotel.

Friends, I must say right away, I am not one of those who write reviews in general, and in particular "my cocktail is too warm" - it's not about me. Before this hotel, my position was simple: You're on vacation, enjoy it, forget about the little troubles. After that, everything changed: we managed to have a good rest at any cost, which does not completely cancel out all the horrors of this bedbug.
It just so happened that the day before departure, we were told that the hotel we had chosen would not open due to the pandemic, but endam would be happy to receive us. Of course we agreed, the vouchers are paid, the vacation is planned, well, what could go wrong? The sea is nearby, they will be fed, as in that olinclusive hotel, air conditioning and wifi are announced.
In the lobby we were met by a smiling concierge who speaks Russian poorly and speaks English even worse. Explaining on our fingers, we were checked in and offered the "best room":
1. Cosmetic repairs were completed, apparently, just before our arrival, everything is covered in construction dust. We painted the walls as best we could, nothing else has changed. And so it will do.
2. A balcony with a view of the road and shops from where music is played around the clock, fortunately, the door is closed, almost inaudible.
3. There is only boiling water in the sink, the faucet does not close completely, the water drips loudly, and all plumbing is at least 20 years old. There is no shower head holder, the tray is about to fall apart, the drain can not cope and the water flows to the floor. There is also a drain in the floor, but it is a level higher than the rest of the floor, so the water does not go away.
4. The furniture is very old, creaks at the slightest movement, the mattress is very hard and stained, the bed linen is stained.
5. The air conditioner works on and off, it makes noise as if it is about to explode, but if you hit it a little bit from the side, it works quieter. The blades were loose from old age, and they never cleaned it during the years of operation, the mechanism is still the same. It is located directly opposite the bed, so there are two options - to get sick or suffocate from the heat and listen to Turkish music.
6. There is only one outlet for the entire room, designed for 3 people.
7. The door and lock are a separate surprise. If you push the door hard, the handle will just fly out, it constantly seems that the door is open, you can not even talk about audibility. In general, if a curtain were hung, there would be about the same effect.
8. The lighting and the conder are turned on by a magnetic key, which must be in a certain position that needs to be picked up, if you touch it a little, everything will turn off immediately, the phone can easily burn out if it is on charge.
9. WiFi is only in the lobby, it catches very poorly and slowly, and if more than 15 people are sitting (plus or minus 5), it will not connect at all.
About the hotel itself:
1. There is food, you can eat, but it cannot be called tasty in any case. If you're late, then what remains is that no one wanted to eat at all.
2. The room is not cleaned even if you ask several times. They refer to the fact that they have one key, you need to arrange cleaning in advance, leave the key at the reception at certain hours and get out of the room, only then they will be cleaned. (No).
3. The staff goes into the pandemic without masks, coughing, they wanted to sneeze at security measures (sorry for the pun). At the entrance to the lobby there is a huge iron box, similar to a scanner or a sanitizer, it does not work, it just stands not connected to anything.
4. The elevator was probably made recently, if you stand next to it and wait for it to arrive, you can catch an epileptic seizure from the flashing backlight.
5. The music by the pool plays very loudly, mostly the same, if the windows overlook the pool, you will not fall asleep for sure (our neighbors shared their observation).
6. There is no air conditioning in the lobby, it is difficult to be there at any time because of the heat, and when there are a lot of people, it is also useless, the WiFi is overloaded, cigarette smoke pulls from the terrace all the way to the Reception desk.
7. All the equipment is very old and breathing heavily.
8. The entrance to the sea and the beach are huge slippery boulders. Coral slippers won't save you. Bored vacationing Russian tourists have cleared several paths to enter the sea, but they are not particularly obvious, you will have to look for them.
9. On the beach, sun beds are signed from each hotel, you just can't lie down on any one you like. A bored caretaker walks along the beach, tries to settle something with signed sunbeds, pesters with conversations, jokes, advice, pretends to be a security guard, bullies. At the endam hotel, most of the sun beds are broken, and the umbrellas are for the view, they do not create shadows.
Friends, the Endam Hotel is a hole that I do not recommend anyone to visit, even for a short period of time. Don't spoil your vacation, don't spend money, there are no advantages here, it's all stress and survival.

From the basement to the 2nd floor, the hotel is old and rotten, higher is better, but you can meet ants and cockroaches)). In general, the hotel looks like a very noisy hostel with good food (you definitely won't stay hungry, but they won't spoil you there either). I wouldn't go there a second time.

Moronic music until one o'clock in the morning, black eyes, the boy wants to go to Tambov, etc. there is no noise insulation. The rooms are dirty. Sun loungers on the beach are like from horror movies. I've never even seen them like this. There are no pebbles on the beach, but cobblestones. Food seems to be normal, if you arrive about forty minutes after the start, it may not be enough.
