In the city of Chirchik, I went to the EMU post office and was surprised how much the staff was not polite, but on the contrary rude and rough. There is a man working at the reception who is immediately rude, raises his voice, and moreover makes mistakes when filling in names and phone numbers. He's not local and it shows. I can't praise the EMU Chirchik. It is sad.
