I sent the documents to Germany, they promised a MAXIMUM of 10 days. After 10 days, I called to find out, since tracking does not work on the site. They said - a letter to the German customs. Three days later I call again - it turns out that the letter has been at customs for a week and if I hadn't called, it would have been there further. As a result, 14 days have passed, the letter has not reached, they promised 7 days. And when it will come is unknown. The call center is not proactive until you call and shout - they didn't care about the parcels
The place is pleasant, the staff are polite, there are chairs for those waiting in line, but it's bad with the number of staff, only one person makes out and only 1 person accepts! A huge queue is accumulating, and the number of staff is not enough (leaves the best to do).
