Disgusting attitude towards customers. The child broke his arm because of this, the trip was postponed for a month.They didn't want to reschedule the dates ... we didn't demand money back ... I won't recommend it to anyone

A good hotel for your money. Of the cons: The furniture is too old. They confirmed the view of Reforma Street, but gave it a view of a scary alley. But excellent breakfasts and location.
