I came for a manicure with a long-term coating, they did it for almost 3 hours, it hurt all the time, they constantly hit the skin with a cutter, the cuticle was cut off just how. As a result, the skin on all fingers was cut / torn, I couldn't put my hands in the water for three days.
The master also failed to apply a coating on some nails, she was angry and forcefully washed it, which was also very painful and repeated many times.
They safely erased my review on yclients, as well as all the other negative ones that were at that time.

I turned to this salon to remove the coating. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is polite, but these are just a couple of criteria that are necessary for the masters. When the girl took off the coating, she was constantly told what to do, she was afraid to touch her hands, it starts to annoy. I come to relax and take my mind off unnecessary thoughts, as a result, I sit constantly in suspense and make sure that everything is in order. The nail plate was cut down by a master to the nines, thin nails, plus it was impossible to keep the length and I asked to file them, and as a result, they were chopped off to meat with pliers, the pain was not pleasant. They covered me with a kind of restoring coating, which did not perform the restoration function at all. I'm upset. My master flew in from vacation and was stunned by what happened to my nails. It's not the first time I've removed the coating, but no one sawed off the plate like that. I am currently restoring it and I am unlikely to contact this salon.

I've been to Caroline's a few times. In the first I took off the gel polish and did a manicure, in the second I did a manicure and a coating with ordinary varnish. Everything is high-quality, adequate in time. The handles remain well-groomed for a long time) a pleasant salon and, in addition, a delicious cappuccino.

I came to take off the gel polish and get a manicure. They took off too much, the nails are very thin, there are white stripes, there are painful sensations, but this is half the trouble. The manicure was also so-so: on the third day it looked sloppy (the device / milling cutter was practically not used). In the end, she asked to cover it with a matte colorless varnish and even they could not cope with this task: they applied two layers of varnish and asked to hold it under a lamp!!!!!!!!!!!! after that, of course, I did not remove this coating with acetone. I wrote a claim to the salon, asked to come up and offered to cut down this coating, despite the fact that the nails are already thin!!!! A great way out!!!
