I was here in December 2024 (in the morning), no queues, everything is fast. After an appointment with an endocrinologist (Elmira) I needed to get tested for hormones. I honestly told her that I didn't have the money for them, and she just replied with a smile that I didn't need to take them on the same day as them, she even suggested where I could get the tests cheaper or even for free, and I did so the next day. As a result, I was told to take another sugar test at a repeat appointment, but purely in order to choose a better treatment for me, and with the available tests, I was prescribed medications that I can take without sugar testing. As a result, I spent the following amount on treatment: 7000 +5000 consultation with an endocrinologist (first and second), 6000 breast ultrasound, 5000 cardiac cardiogram, 1900 fluid, about 2000 (I don't remember exactly) General blood tests, microreaction and yellow fluid. Total: about 27,000. I don't spare a penny of that money. The only thing: After the blood test, my vein took longer than usual to heal, and after I removed the cotton wool, I had a mark on it and after a couple of minutes I saw that the blood was still weak but flowing. And it's definitely not because of my health, the next day at another clinic they took my blood without pain and after 10 minutes there were no traces. Therefore, I can recommend that you undergo most of the treatment here (what I have already checked) but it's better not to take tests here. But I still give 5 stars for round-the-clock reception and a large number of qualified specialists. I've never been happy to be in a hospital before.

The treatment room is a disaster! The couches are at a minimum distance, you can reach your neighbor, it's dirty, stuffy. Nurses, if you can call them that, are a separate disaster. They behave as if they are being held here by force and forced to work. I think that the clinic's management needs to pay attention to the laboratory assistants and nurses sitting on the phones, cheerfully discussing the news in front of patients. And it would not be a bad idea to organize the reception work, so that queues at the reception and at the cash desk would not be created, and the queue, believe me, was no less than in the most ordinary polyclinic. The friendliness of the staff, unfortunately, did not catch my eye either. I repeat that the service was provided to us, we are waiting for the doctor's opinion, but the sediment from the reception remained non-positive.
