But as I realized, even if a competent doctor, but there is no culture, empathy and respect for the patient, then it's just 5 kopecks. Firstly, patients do not go to the clinic from nothing to do, and even if not for free, they get negative. I took my daughter to a pediatric gynecologist and couldn't cure the elementary cocci. We spent a huge amount on appointments and tests, injected them with antibiotics and simply released them without any changes, referring to the hopelessness of parasites, although we had previously undergone three-stage antiparasitic therapy and all the tests were clean. Secondly, not long ago, at night, due to the hopelessness of circumstances, I went for an ultrasound. The ultrasound technician woke up and was not in a very positive mood, as if I was forcing her to work at night. Behaving arrogantly, answering questions with the words oh my God, etc. I want to say that I am an ordinary patient, and I repeat, I am not a doctor or a doctor. I have the right not to know some terms, and I just laughed and grinned at the questions, asserting myself with the position. I understand that my complaint is like a needle in a haystack, but let other patients know that there is only one divorce for money, time and nerves. I don't understand where the owners are looking. It's useless to even write complaints there because the girls at the reception delete the complaints themselves.
