Everything seemed to be clean. 4 stars, purely because of the tightness. Because walking down the corridor among the numerous offices, you don't know who came with what problem. There is a long queue in some offices, everyone is waiting in a narrow corridor, it is not very comfortable. There are always a lot of people there, I often pass by and can be seen from the large panoramic window at the reception.
