The location is excellent, near the sights. But everything else is Simplicity. That's all there is in the room. The shower is weak, with pressure, hot water, Wi-Fi pulled... Breakfasts are a separate topic. I don't know who got what after us. Covered for 12 , but lived more. ...It was much better to live in other cities! For two people, $ 30 a day. Choose for yourself.
I choose this hotel because of several facts. 1) This is a convenient location, opposite the mausoleum of Tamerlane, to Registan 10 minutes on foot or $ 1 taxi (Yandex). 2) Delicious and practical breakfast. Scrambled eggs, porridge and cheese plate with sausage, tea and coffee to choose from. 3) A very nice and comfortable bed with a blanket. 4) Very affordable price per night of stay. 5) Intimate host Olim, he will tell you an oriental tale about Samarkand.
The location is very good, in the very center, near the mausoleum and the Registry Office.
Atmospheric, clean rooms, each with its own bathroom, in which everything is functioning properly. Sleeping places with curtains. The bedside lamp and the air conditioner did not work, although the receptionist said that it was working properly.
The staff is friendly and always ready to help, they know several languages.
Breakfast is simple but delicious (sausage and cheese sandwiches, scrambled eggs, jam, tea/coffee).
I spent 2 nights, I am satisfied, I recommend it.
The location is excellent, in the very center of the city, five minutes walk to Registan. The rooms have national wall paintings, but they are very modest. There is no kettle, no TV. There is air conditioning, of course. There is old plumbing in the bathroom, God forbid if the water flows, at least in different directions, but it does not go away, the drain is clogged. The breakfasts are normal - individual serving. Porridge, scrambled eggs, flatbread, sausage, cheese, cookies or gingerbread are quite satisfying and you can choose what to eat.
It's a terrible place. I spent 2 nights as part of a group tour, I didn't choose the place myself. Perhaps, for its value of $17, it is normal.
A small room with only a bed. No shelf, no chair, nothing.
It is impossible to take a shower, there is no water pressure. The owner suggested drinking from the tap as drinking water. Very unfriendly staff. The breakfast was not impressive. I don't recommend it exactly.
A normal hotel, inexpensive. It is located a stone's throw from the mausoleum of Timur. 15 minutes walk from Registan. In general, the location is excellent. A very modest breakfast, inexpressive. I don't even remember what happened. The dining room is in the basement, it's cool in the heat. Although I booked a double bed, the room was with separate beds, but, uncritically. The toilet is clean, the shower is working. Hard mattresses, the way I like them. In general, everything is decent.
It's a good place. Right at the Gur-Emir mausoleum! Friendly staff. The windows of the rooms overlook the courtyard and the hall, so the sound insulation is conditional, although the courtyard is quiet.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Very cozy rooms for every taste. The air conditioner was working. In the courtyard, under the grapes, you can have a great time and drink tea, which is offered by the administrators. Delicious and hearty breakfasts.
I stayed at this hotel from May 10th to 12th. The furniture is decorated in an oriental style, which gives it a certain colorfulness. The hotel is located in the historical center of Samarkand. Within walking distance from the Gur Emir attraction (the tomb of the Emirates of Timur, Ulugbek and other great personalities). From the terrace there is a magnificent view of this landmark. Pleasant service staff. Very tasty breakfasts. Separately, I would like to highlight Zhanbolat and the Emir of the two administrators of this hotel. Very polite and friendly guys, ready to help in any way necessary.
The hosts are very conscientious and with great understanding.
The rooms are very nice and cozy.
Everything is nearby, it is very convenient for tourists.
The rooms are normal. But it gives the impression of being unkempt. The faucet is hanging on the sink, the shower has a curtain - there is a curtain on one side, there is no curtain on the other... And it's unusual for me that there are no windows in the rooms on the street at all. There are windows to the interior. I like to sleep with fresh air..
The room is cozy and clean. The owner is attentive. The staff is polite and ready to help with any question. The breakfast is delicious (there is no full board, only Breakfast). It's good to stay with your family. The hotel is located in the center, you can build a visiting route directly from here (Starting from Gur Emir to the Ulukbek Observatory)
A wonderful hotel. Clean, simple and beautiful. Excellent service, excellent breakfast, almost perfect bathrooms. An attentive administrator. Thank you for your hospitality
Everything is fine. I recommend it to everyone. Kind, helpful people. If someone is worried about the language barrier.. Everyone speaks perfect Russian. The breakfasts are awesome, you don't have to have lunch after them. But Samarkand is beautiful.Gastronomic tourism. The hotel is excellent. Clean and cozy
We lived here recently, the location is great
We hardly saw the staff, we arrived, paid off, got the keys and that's it. They came as if to their own home
There are breakfasts, just there
The room is clean, the pressure in the shower is weak, there is air conditioning, Wi-Fi is average
Level, hostel. It is very stuffy, the air conditioners practically do not work, they just drive the air. There is no refrigerator or TV in the room. There is one refrigerator (from Pepsi Cola) on the ground floor that can't even cool a bottle of water. Breakfast is from 7-9, at this time everyone is still asleep. There is not even drinking water in the hotel, there is a way to drink warm water from the filter. The service is very low!!!!!!
Excellent location - Registan is in one direction (main attractions) and University Boulevard in the other (cafes, restaurants and further shopping) with an easy step of no more than 10 minutes.

A very good hotel for its price, the staff is polite and friendly, clean, modest, but very colorful, excellent location for tourists
A good hostel. There is hot water, private rooms, breakfast. Not very expensive per night. There is a parking lot. It is located in the center, near the cultural monument. The area is quiet. The room has air conditioning, TV, toilet.
I liked everything. Friendly staff. Coffee was spilled on my snow-white trousers on the train. They were separated and washed at the hotel. There are no spots. It's very cool. the bathrooms and showers in the room are clean. Soap, towel are all there. I really liked it.
An excellent hotel in its price group, the location is gorgeous, in the historical center, near the tomb of Gur-Emir. For an overnight stay in a clean and quiet place is just the thing. And in the morning we were fed a wonderful breakfast (not sausages and eggs)
Great hotel! If in Samarkand, then only here!
Friendly staff, wonderful host, excellent location, cozy rooms.
And most of all, I was pleased with the sudden warm floor. I would stay here to live forever, but I have to go further ... =))
Practically a hostel. Breakfast is meager. The building and furniture are old. It's a little far from the center. But the staff is honestly trying to offset these disadvantages. It doesn't always work out.
For public sector employees and for students, that's the thing. I liked the atmosphere, the service, the location. The only thing is, the beds are old. The staff is very kind and helpful.
A small hotel, but quite cozy. The room for two is very tiny. But, in principle, it's enough to just sleep. The double bed came in - and well)) delicious breakfasts! Very helpful staff. There is a private courtyard - you can relax in the evening in the open air.
The first day there was a desire to move to another hotel, but then the shock passed, and they did not want to waste time looking for another place to live, so they stayed
