The guy bought hydrangeas as a gift. An hour later they began to fade) At first it was blue (I thought it was just a variety), but the next day in the evening it was already white. I've had situations like this, the store just changed the flowers or returned the full price. But this store first offered me a 10% discount and tried to convince me that this is a living flower and they are not responsible for how it behaves. Then that this is such a variety and there will be no good flowers in winter. And also, "the guy saw what he chose and in what capacity." Are you also florists to know that the flower will wither in a couple of hours or is this an excuse for your quality? As a result, after disputes, I was refunded only 50% for one flower. They offered to resuscitate me, but when I started asking questions, they stopped answering) In general, if you want expensive flowers that will last you a couple of hours, then you are here. I do not recommend it to anyone.
After the review, they wrote on another site for this review, trying to make it look guilty. I hope that I will not receive any more messages from them, this is very unpleasant for me as a buyer and makes the company not open to different types of reviews in order to become better.

I ordered a bouquet from another city to a friend in Astana. In particular, I liked the service and communication with the manager - they worked out the order well, patiently treated my numerous comments and wishes. Thank you for your work, the client is satisfied!
