Good afternoon! I want to leave a review , albeit a year late , and say a big thank you to the owners of the guest complex , Emil , Madonna , as well as assistants Duque and Naha! Very helpful, kind and hospitable people! Emile and Madonna do everything with heart and trembling!! They always come to the rescue!! The houses are excellent, the sea is nearby, walking distance , all amenities in the form of a washing machine , dryer, iron, stove, refrigerator, etc. are freely available. We had a rest in July 2024, the overall impression remained
positive! The remoteness of the complex from the central streets gives its charm: we enjoyed nature, rest from the hustle and bustle of the city and the rural atmosphere.
Of the advantages:
1) Hospitable hosts who left their phone numbers if something happens. In case of inconveniences, we immediately tried to solve them. The owners suggested where you can get homemade cheese, wine, churchkhella, meat.
2) A very comfortable house with everything you need: including a refrigerator and air conditioning, hygiene products, there are also common areas with a washing machine, large refrigerators, ironing board.
3) It is close to the sea, 10 minutes walking distance, there are very few people on the beach compared to the central beach of Alakhadze. The sea is clear.
4) In the reviews they wrote about problems with electricity, there was a shutdown once a week, but the owners promptly brought a generator so that there was water.
Of the cons:
Unfortunately, there is a landfill nearby in the village, where locals burn garbage, if the wind blows towards the complex, there may be an unpleasant smell, but it is not felt inside the house!
From the tips for the following guests:
It is more comfortable to relax with a car, but if it so happens that you are without it, then it will take 15 minutes to get to the central Tumanyan street, where there is a market, fruits, a large wine shop in Abkhazia, restaurants - you can quickly walk along the beach along the shore.
If you do not want to cook, then there are buffet hotels and cafes nearby.
The transfer is also carried out by the owners of the complex, including an individual one to the sights of Abkhazia, you can team up with guests from neighboring houses!
We had a very good rest! Expectations coincided with reality)

The complex corresponds to the description. Clean, comfortable, any problems are solved promptly. The owners of the complex are responsible, responsive and fair people) the sea is quite bizko. If you take a short road through a field, it's also deserted. The beach is just around the corner. And don't forget about the excursions. You can drive a comfortable car for reasonable money. The mood of the tour depends on you)))) there is a desire to bully, they will definitely support you. We were with 5 teenagers. They had a great time. They remember with pleasure and miss))))))

We rented 3 houses, three families, everyone liked everything, very responsive owners, the guys always came to the rescue and helped with any request, we were without a car and the guys never refused us to get to the store or even to the beach, at our request they even drove all over Abkhazia and even took us fishing☺️
In general, everyone liked everything, not that the rest in the houses, but everything in general is hospitality and friendliness.
I definitely advise and recommend these houses!!!

We had a rest with the child! Budget vacation! 6 houses fenced with their own territory. Good-natured hosts, cleanliness in the houses, new houses, everything you need is there (shower, accessories, air conditioning, TV (although WiFi did not reach our last house, you can put 1 more router point who likes to watch TV on vacation), swimming pool, kitchen with cutlery, barbecue with all accessories, refrigerator, stove, iron, washing machine in common use). It is still located on the outskirts of the village, nearby plots have been purchased and are ready for new racks, so there is no infrastructure as such, the beach is mostly wild, except for a larger hotel equipped for the neighboring one. If you are in a car, with children and want silence, you are here. In fact, this is the middle between all the sights of Abkhazia: all the cities and Lake Ritsa within a radius of 50 km. Pitsunda is a 15-minute drive away, and the sea is a 10-minute walk away, there are cafes within a 15-minute walk, you can eat there. You can order Madonna to cook breakfast or marinate meat. By the way, the homemade waffle rolls with condensed milk made by Madonna are very tasty. So I recommend a budget vacation alone with beautiful nature in a quiet place

We had a rest in June. Cozy houses, on-site swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, swings, 2 kitchens. For a family holiday, that's the thing.

We have a rest in this complex by the company. Very good conditions for reasonable money! Everything you need is available! The staff is responsive and pleasant (the car broke down, was promptly taken from the border.zones at a late hour, tea was offered).

We had a rest in June 2024! Everything is fine!!! everything you need is available both in the kitchen and in the houses (disposable toothbrushes, paste, shower gel, hair dryer, towels ...) The owners are friendly, they will always help you right away, tell you where it is better!!! Pool 👍🏻🔥

We were from June 15 to 26, we liked everything very much, the houses are comfortable for living, everything is there...We arrived in the evening, we were taken to the grocery store! The nature around is gorgeous! Who wants a relaxing holiday, of course, if there are no noisy neighbors, I recommend it! Nice eco-houses. Cozy, clean. There is a swimming pool with sun beds on site. Kitchen for cooking. There are a couple of disadvantages - this is a bad access to the houses (however, this is very common in Abkhazia, where only the central streets are made, and everything else wants to be the best) and even when the lights are turned off and the air conditioners do not work, it is unbearably hot in the houses! Only soft bag chairs in the shade of a tree are saved, kindly brought by the hostess.

It looks like a nice and quiet place!
The owners are kind and helpful. There is a shared kitchen. All the necessary utensils are there, a refrigerator!
And that's where the advantages end!
Let's start with the fact that the eco-friendly hotel is located on the outskirts of Alakhadze! And if you decide to arrive there without a car, you will get only problems! Therefore, either on your own or rent a car!
You simply will not be able to buy food normally, since the shops are more or less normal on Tumanyan Street, and go there under the sun, God grant half an hour ... you understand! It is also far from the sea, respectively.
The lights are often turned off in the complex itself, and the Internet is not working well. And these wonderful houses are heated during the day so that the kondey is not able to cool them down. And you can only escape from the heat in the pool!
The price for the houses is very high!!!!
PS: everyone who was there in the same period as us.. everyone, without exception, was sitting on the toilet. Be patient and take medicines😁

A good place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Full connection with nature. Cows walk with calves. A deserted beach. The hotel is good, there is everything you need. To the shore 15 minutes on foot. But we drove by car in 2 minutes straight to the shore. It's a pity that in a couple of years everything will be in hotels here. Construction is everywhere.

We had a rest for the first time in Abkhazia and among the many different housing options, the choice fell on the eco-complex Emilia. We didn't regret staying here for a single gram! Cozy and clean houses, quiet around, 10 minutes walk to the sea. And most importantly, very hospitable hosts!!! They will never be ignored!!! They will always tell you what and how!!! Not a bad place to stay. The sea is about 500 m away, if in a straight line, or about 800 m if on the road. The sea is clean, the beach is not very good. Nearby (about 500 m.) there is a shop and 2 canteens. The houses are new, there is everything for a normal stay. Adequate hosts. The only negative is the power outage, but this is the trouble of the whole of Abkhazia.

In general, I can rate the rest in this place at 3/10. The hotel (if you can call it that at all) is located at the very end of a broken street. Initially, it was said that you can walk to the sea by two roads. The main one is about 800-900m, and the short one (straight) is 400m. So I had to walk along the long one every time , because the short one ends halfway and in the end I have to climb through the grass , cow 's milk, flies and go out it 's not clear where at all . The beach is not the worst, but it is still dirty. There are a couple of small shops from the "at home" series within walking distance. You can eat in the canteens at the hotels. As for "our place" itself, the territory is roughly 2x2, there is no noise insulation in the houses, during the day the air conditioner does not save much, because there are stupid cracks in the walls between the boards ). The lights were turned off a couple of times , one of which was for almost a day . (All other hotels had generators)))In the evenings , it stinks unbearably of burning , which makes my head hurt . (Because there is a local landfill nearby, where garbage is burned every evening))))). this is the biggest disadvantage available . Well, you can also add that one of the owners, most likely, has a habit of pestering guests and constantly borrowing money))
Would I come back here and recommend this place? Definitely not . Draw your own conclusions.

The hotel is completely isolated. It looks prettier in the photo. In fact, to get on gravel with pits, there is no infrastructure. It is clear that this is a village, but completely isolated from everyone, the way to the hotel is through unsightly thickets. You can't walk to the beach or to the store in the heat. And you will kill the whole suspension on the car during the rest. Plus, there is no light all the time. This means there is no water, air conditioning, refrigerator, Wi-Fi and other things. Moreover, there is light on the neighboring more habitable streets, but there is no light there. And if there is light, then one phase is normal, the one on which the showers are powered, and the one with which all the benefits of civilization are powered barely pulls. The conder blows but hot, the microwave shines but does not heat. And only at night everything comes back to normal.
And in general, my advice to those who are looking for housing, if you choose a budget private option, stay where the owner is constantly in place, that is, he lives in a mini-hotel with the guests. Here the houses are inhabited, and the owners come in the afternoon. Yes, yes, in the afternoon, not early in the morning, but while they sleep, then they drive up. And you sit waiting for them to complain about some inconveniences that constantly happen there.
There are also inconveniences in the house, there are no shelves in the closet, only hangers, we kept all our things on the floor in a suitcase. There was a stove with two burners in the shared kitchen, so I had to wait my turn to cook something.
In general, the worst vacation there turned out to be this year.
Plus, there was a flood due to heavy rains (let it not be the fault of the owners of the hotel), but the houses were sinking, everything was floating away from the territory, and the owner did not appear until 11 a.m. Some just packed up and left the hotel without saying goodbye. And those who were without a car were left to drown further with frightened eyes, without communication, light, knee-deep in water, and without communication with the owner.

The place is quiet, but the road to the beach is bad on foot, it's also a pity to have a suspension by car, crushed stone with holes. The central streets of the village of Alakhalzy have all the infrastructure, but they are far away on foot, and by car, again, the road is bad. The beach is wild and dirty, the price for being deserted. And the most important thing is the light. They almost always turn it off during the day. And this means there is no water, no TV, no refrigerator, no air conditioner. Even when the light appears, sometimes the voltage is weak and the air conditioner blows but does not cool, and the light shines dimly. Disappointment.

Very clean houses. The sea is nearby. A canteen and a shop are within walking distance. Keep in mind that this is a village, cows are walking, there are mines on the road, but this did not bother me. The complex has everything for a comfortable stay.
