A great little cozy cafe. Excellent desserts, the prices are more or less acceptable. A great place to sit over a cup of tea in Turkey.

It's cozy, sometimes there are empty seats, prices are normal for the cafe format. There are books that you can pick up and read. Raf is made only with milk, but I myself have not found low-fat cream in Turkey.
