A great hotel with wonderful and friendly staff!!!
The food is not bad, the main restaurant was a little upset at the dinners, but the restaurants a la kart are delicious.
There are areas near bars on the beach where a la carte service (non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks) is provided
We stayed in a beach villa (we requested a location with good access to the ocean). The hotel fulfilled our wishes and our entry into the ocean was really good (but in any case, special slippers are needed for entry)
The room is nice, in bright colors, everything is clean and modern.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
Will we go back to the hotel again, I think so!!!

A wonderful hotel! We lived in the Presidential Villa on the water and in the Royal Villa on the beach. The service is beyond praise! Special thanks to our "villa owner" John! All our requests were fulfilled instantly! We were celebrating my anniversary and it was raining that day. I had to urgently change the location for dinner. John made it to 5+. It was beautiful, luxurious and very tasty!!! We have specially organized flower delivery. The roses were standing all 7 days! Fragrant and very beautiful! We visited all the restaurants. There is a good assortment everywhere. Lots of fruits. Borscht is served in one of the restaurants. It's beautiful! We would like to mention the staff At The Presidential Villa. The cleaning is very high quality, on time. We didn't see them, but there was always order! Anyway, right away, we booked our next visit in 2 months! Thanks to the hotel for the hospitality!

Everything has been thought out in the hotel, and the level of service is not inferior to deluxe hotels in Turkey and the Emirates. A beautiful reef. There are even tennis courts on site.

We had a very good rest, the staff is very polite, there are 4 main restaurants on the island. Every day your guide tells you which restaurant you can go to for free. Aqua Restaurant is one of the best restaurants, you can take what you want every day, there is sushi, meat, soups to choose from, fruits, vegetables and much more. Even though you take what you want, the waiter will still come to you for the drink you want. Every Friday, the staff makes a party at this restaurant where you can have dinner with a sea view. In addition to the above food, corn, cotton candy and everything that children love are added). The territory of the island is very large, there are houses on the water and on the island, I advise you to take it on the island because you will have a swimming pool, a sunbathing area and access to the sea. You travel around the island on bicycles, if you go far away, you can call the guide so that he comes to you with a typewriter resembling a golf car. There is a lot of entertainment. There are excursions, one of the most popular is fishing in the sea or watching dolphins, both cost $ 200 ~. There is a separate hotel app to view everything you want. Your guide will help you install and configure it. We went for a week and managed to rest in the will. I advise everyone to visit this heavenly place at least once in their life.

When we first came here, it was like heaven.
We've been there three times, and the third time we've already found fault with something. But if you look at it objectively, I have no complaints. We always took a water villa with a Jacuzzi, the last time we had an upgrade at no extra charge to a villa with a pool. It turned out to be a very successful option. The only thing is that the main restaurant was closed due to roof repairs and this greatly narrowed the choice of dishes. But in general, everything is very cool here!

We were in March 2024 with two young children. We were in the Maldives for the first time. We are very glad that we chose this hotel for our first visit to the Maldives. Upon arrival, we were met by a girl – a personal assistant for the entire stay at the hotel 24 hours a day. The girl's name was Aidan. Special thanks to her for the excellent rest and service. Although there were minor flaws in the service a couple of times.
About the hotel. The territory of the island is very green, very thoughtful and cozy. The ocean is just a fairy tale. Snorkeling is just wonderful. We have seen a lot of beautiful fish. Even the moray eel was observed. There are 4 restaurants on site with a variety of cuisine. I liked the Japanese restaurant the most. The meat restaurant has borscht for lunch. There are several bars with excellent alcohol and natural juices for children. Large central pool with ocean view. As a gift from the hotel, we had a romantic dinner on the beach. It's just great! The children really liked the kids' club. They sculpted, painted, and played a quest around the island.
The villa. Very large, comfortable and bright villa. With a large bathroom and a wonderful outdoor shower. I really liked the backyard terrace and the pool. In the morning, you open the curtains and admire the ocean. The mini bar is varied. The villa is cleaned 2 times a day.
Result. The hotel is wonderful. The best impressions remained. Let's come back here for sure. Special thanks to one of the hotel managers named AK.

A very controversial hotel, many pros and many cons, for me. Of the disadvantages, it is not possible to enter the water normally everywhere. There are beaches for swimming only from the Aqua restaurant, there are corals and a lot of fish. But next to the entrance there are types of bags that strengthen the beach. There is no privacy either, as everyone walks along the beach to the restaurant past your villa. There is absolutely nothing to do during the rain, the Spa is not very large. Ala Carte restaurants were not impressed. Among the advantages - beautiful rooms, delicious cuisine in the Aqua restaurant, good service, lots of different wines! The hotel is not bad, but not like a hotel in the Maldives.

We lived in a villa on the beach with a swimming pool from 30.08.2022 to 05.09.2022. The service is great. Excellent wine list, lots of delicious cocktails. There is a hookah - $ 40. The food is simple and delicious, be sure to visit all the restaurants. I really liked the cheese buns at the Amazonio restaurant. Champagne at breakfast. Always at lunch and dinner: tuna, reef fish, squid, chicken, steaks. Lobsters are served every Thursday at the main Aqua restaurant. Tartars, ceviches from the above-mentioned fish are served every day. There is no animation, but it is not needed. Underwater world: manta rays swam near our beach at about 18:30, friends lived in water villas, they also swam there. The nurse shark was swimming. And the most beautiful thing is that 5 Hatched turtles came running to us. It was stormy and instead of the sea they ran to us. There were 2 nests of them on the island. The staff said that they knew 1 nest, but they didn't know our nest. We enjoyed playing paddle tennis. We recommend it to everyone! Be sure to go fishing, which is free. Everyone will like it, both children and pensioners. Fishing on a line with tuna, the time is the best, no one is tired

Villas on the beach with a swimming pool, although more expensive, do not have a normal access to the ocean. There is a living reef from the side of the villas with a Jacuzzi, and we did not notice any outstanding representatives of the fauna there (maybe not that season).
The staff is trying, but there is no smell of an individual hike here. There is something to compare, tk in the Maldives have already been in a dozen hotels.
There are a lot of Russian tourists in the hotel, some of whom seem to have been attracted exclusively by the all-inclusive concept.

Friends, just a super-duper rested with a big family. The hotel is chic in terms of service comfort. The staff at the level does their job.. The most gorgeous beaches and wonderful snorkeling. The peculiarity of the food is that everything is served by the cook, you can't put it yourself. It's not usual, but they do it quickly on the second or third day it stops annoying, plus you won't eat much). The beach is not good everywhere, there are washouts with bags, but it is enough to move 20 meters away and order. The sand is pleasant, soft curd. There is a working island nearby, if the villa is overlooking it, then it is a little unusual in the Maldives to see a 3- to 4-storey building in front of you. The island is medium-sized, you will have bicycles to move around, we took a tricycle for the child with a large basket at the back - it is very convenient to carry things with you. You can call local electric cars, but we didn't use it very often. The rooms are spacious and well cleaned. All requests are fulfilled promptly. The food is not very rich, but don't stay hungry. There are no restrictions on lobsters on Thursdays. Restaurants need to be booked in advance in the evening, but this Butler will help. We liked Amozonico, in the Asian interesting cooking show you will have one as a gift. There is almost no animation, sometimes there are shows and dances in the evenings. The reef is not rich, but it's enough to swim for a week. We went in from the water forks, swam down to the "cliff" and walked along it. I think this is the best route. There is a local turtle, a 1.5 meter stingray-tail-stake. If you are lucky, you will meet an octopus 50-70 cm. I saw a moray eel once. There are few sharks, a couple of times I met small gray ones and a 1.5-2 meter reef one. Sometimes dolphins come, friends saw it a couple of times, we didn't have time. Most swim near the aqua restaurant, but there is almost nothing boring there. In most places, the entrance is comfortable, but it is better to have slippers with you, in places it is not deep to the corals and stones at all. Masks and fins are free at the diving center. There will be one free fishing trip, take drinks and snacks with you on the boat there will be nothing but water. It is better to go to the island to the right, we were lucky there, we caught 9.5 kg., including a large 4 kg grouper, which stupefied the locals, since there are almost no such catches on free fishing)). Cut it off immediately when biting, it eats the bait very quickly. We went trolling, but not very effectively - a couple of tuna and a barracuda are probably not worth it and it's expensive on this island, they promised live bait, but at the last moment they merged, they say the partners let us down. In general, the hotel is good, you can take it.

Very nice hotel, luxury villas with large pools. Excellent service, everything is solved instantly, everyone is friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious, buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners are Ala carte. Excellent sommeliers and a selection of wines. On the last evening, we had a romantic dinner with dishes from the chef, it was very pleasant! L'occitane cosmetics are replenished every day. There is a home reef, not to say that it is very rich, but there is something to see. One minus from the villas with a swimming pool is strong tides, after lunch the water is ankle-deep, we lived for 4 days and moved to a water villa with an additional fee, that's where pure pleasure is! A wonderful stay, a wonderful hotel and wonderful staff! Thanks!

The family had a rest in 2021. A gorgeous hotel. Good food and an All-inclusive wine list. A good sports club, a gym for an island hotel at a high level. The kids' club is great.
There are questions about the coastline, a lot of corals, We went to the neighboring villas and swam there. There is a chic swimming area with children next to the pool.
In general, everything is gorgeous, the disadvantages can be found in every hotel.

I would like to thank the wonderful staff of the children's club in this hotel, they are trying very hard! Sasha went there with great pleasure, in the end Maria gave him a diary with photos of the days spent there and gave him a dolphin (he was very pleased).I liked everything, lobsters and pilaf especially))).We lived in a villa with a Jacuzzi.I also really want to thank the employee who carried out the cleaning (he constantly built incredible figures out of towels for the Sleigh).Good food and a selection of alcoholic beverages, the hotel staff was accompanied during departure.Let's come back again.

Great hotel, amazing vacation.
The insanely colorful private reef of the hotel is rich in marine fauna, all the diversity of the marine world - many species of fish, sharks swim next to you almost every day, stingrays and manta rays swim, and even once a turtle - and everything is literally 10 meters from your room.
A diverse and insanely delicious forge. The case when all inclusive in Emerald is several times superior to most fashionable gastronomic restaurants in Moscow.
High level of service and comfort.
But the most important thing about Emerald is its staff. Special thanks for the attention of the waiters - Adam and Nubee at Aqua, sommelier Joseph, the young man at the fruit distribution and chef tepanyaki at Asiatic (unfortunately, we did not remember their names).
