A very attentive and competent specialist, and most importantly, a wonderful person! I told everything in great detail and explained it in diagrams, gave answers to all my questions. Decent equipment, all the staff are very polite. It is convenient that you can pre-discuss exciting moments online in a chat. Even give something to the doctor for consideration. The answer usually takes 1-3 days, you should not expect that the doctor will answer you online at lightning speed. First, you will communicate with him through managers. Only after a personal visit to the doctor will there be an opportunity to personally ask the doctor something in the chat. Prices are not low compared to Moscow, about the same level. Do not expect that it will be much cheaper here. The building itself is very pleasant, located in a very quiet place right near the city - it's even nice to walk there.

The guys have gone bad... When they worked for Filimonov, they worked with their hearts, and now they just laundered money for a huge building. The technique remained the same, even the operating table is not automatic, with a foot lift. There are no staff. And who will drive such a long way. We were last there in April 2024. Some of the staff are rural sisters who have not practiced for a long time.
The appearance is just dust in the eyes, no more. And there are only disadvantages in the work. Cafe based on the clinic with exorbitant prices😆
All the staff responds with the same memorized phrases as a carbon copy. I do not advise you to go there. And you will lose money and you will not achieve the desired result..

Many years of struggle (more than 10 years), multiple unsuccessful IVF attempts in different clinics in Moscow brought us to complete despair, but we decided to try one last time, and to our great happiness we got to Alina Andreevna. I was thinking whether to write a review. Nevertheless, I decided to write, because I am sure that my experience will be useful to future visitors of the clinic. Especially for visitors)
Our visit to the center for the initial consultation with the doctor Salazhkova Alina Andreevna took place on 23.10.23. Ours - because she came with her husband, as recommended. On the eve of arrival, I specified the time of reception (it was answered that the initial reception is usually 40-60 minutes), looked at the recommended list of tests and the date of the visit on the website (in accordance with the cycle), and also wrote to Alina Andreevna regarding the tests. Because I wanted to come right away with the necessary package of examinations. Also, she clarified directly on the website regarding the need to hand over a spermagram to her husband before arrival, where they replied that it was not necessary. I was looking forward to the reception with great impatience, as Alina Andreevna was highly recommended. And now the long-awaited day has come.
The recording was at 14.00. We came in advance. They took shape and we were offered to wait. And then 14.00 came, then 14.10, 14.20 ... we are not called anywhere, we are still waiting, none of the administrators comes up, does not talk about the reason for the delay in reception. In a free clinic, this would be familiar, but at a paid consultation it looked as strange as possible. Nevertheless, not wanting to spoil the mood before the reception, we decided to wait. As a result, we waited an hour. At the same time, when the doctor came, she took the patient who was in front of us. I repeat, during all this time, NONE of the administrators deigned to come up and apologize for such a long delay. Finally, we were invited to the office. The doctor apologized for the delay and asked me to briefly tell you what they came with. What immediately confused me was that from the very beginning and throughout the short-term appointment, the doctor was distracted by smart watches. Let me remind you, the day before I was informed in Viber that the consultation lasts 40-60 minutes. Actually, that's why I had such a state of shock at that moment, which did not allow me to be outraged on the spot. I just didn't expect the expectation-reality to diverge so much. Instead of a full-fledged anamnesis collection, my husband and I were asked several questions, the tests were briefly reviewed and ... it was immediately stated that the only salvation is IVF, so we were handed a sheet with a list of what we need to go through in order to join this program as soon as possible. There was no clarification of how the first pregnancy proceeded, why there was a caesarean, how soon it came, etc. It can be sooo long to list a list of those questions that logically should have been asked, but they did not sound. There was no examination in the chair, there was no ultrasound.
Finally... the consultation, which was completely empty in terms of content, lasted about 10-15 minutes. 2.5 hours of one-way travel, an hour to the clinic, an hour of waiting, for 15 minutes about nothing, because I have long known everything voiced from free sources. And for several more weeks I was recovering from the realization of wasted time and money. I am very sorry that my state of shock did not allow me to express my dissatisfaction and write an opinion about the reception in the book of complaints and suggestions on the spot.
Do I recommend this clinic and a doctor? Based on the experience of a personal visit, I do NOT recommend it.

A place where money is simply pumped out of you under the guise of treatment! And how such "specialists" as Milko-Chernomorets can work in a private clinic is beyond me! I went to her for a consultation with a recurrence of an endometriodic cyst, and they told me that I had not operated there, and that the girls were doing sports, then they come to them for treatment. I did not do an ultrasound, nor was it said that I would try to freeze the oocytes. I sent her to deal with a 1.5 cm cyst. The doctor probably does not know that after surgery and with endometriosis, the number of eggs decreases. Or he does it on purpose so that they come for more expensive IVF with donor oocytes. As their Tishkevich said: "Well, she's like that!" Contacting this clinic was my huge mistake!

Good afternoon. I want to tell you about my service experience in this center. Salazhkova's doctor (a wonderful, pleasant specialist), otherwise it's just terrible!.1) recording the wrong procedure (and a lot of negativity from the assistant, that I was to blame for this (they saw me waiting!!) And I signed up incorrectly 2) payment for a special nozzle for the procedure and a non-working laser for 3 months!!! 3) and the fiasco of this story, I was recorded once again on the wrong date!!! And they didn't even deign to warn about the procedure the day before!!! To be honest, I'm shocked by the service-that's not to say anything.....

The mt was checked for patency, the duration was several seconds and the verdict was rendered - completely impassable. A lot of time and money was spent on long and expensive tests, preparation and ultimately unsuccessful IVF. As it turned out later, the result of the patency check was false!!! The clinic and the doctor himself admit their incompetence!? Or is it a banal divorce for money
