There is no record, this is an obvious deception. You can register in a queue or check every day - personally, I wasted 3 weeks. Deadlines are running out - I contacted the consulate, with technical support - to no avail. The schedule is not even shown. When you see places at least six months later, you at least understand how much you need to sign up for and plan to receive the document by the right time. Here, everything is built simply so that there is no transparency at all.
I applied for a foreign passport in October. The staff is polite and professional. The girl in the 13th window who accepted the documents, thank you for your kind attitude. The guards are generally great guys, they know their job! Strict , but polite. Here's the level, nice to see!

The most absurd thing is that for each question it is necessary to appoint a separate rendezvous, which means that for each question it is necessary to arrive on different days
