The ethics of communication among employees leaves much to be desired, I understand everything that time the delivery was delayed for some reason, this time the courier's car broke down, but this is also an excuse for itself, this is not the second time when they are forced to wait longer than expected. In the end, they apologized when the second hour started, Which is interesting to note, I am a frequent visitor to the Emara, and every time the doner is done differently. It feels like they change the doner every month, Then the dough is too thick, then too thin, then there is no cheese, then the dough is hard, and a lot of things to tell, it would be nice if they took care of order and discipline in this institution) How many times have I turned a blind eye to such trifles in the delivery of a human, but if I do not express my opinion, I will burst, especially from the cold doner I was not happy at all yesterday

It's a great place, the atmosphere is pleasant, there is a separate corner for children, you can sit perfectly and have a delicious meal. The service is excellent, the staff is pleasant and courteous
