Among the advantages: the room is comfortable, clean and new. There is everything you need, including detergents (gel, shampoo, conditioner). It would be nice to add more bathrobes, of course (otherwise you had to get dressed to meet the staff if you ordered food in the room). The food is delicious, but the breakfasts are not very varied. We took dinner, but we were surprised that it turned out to be not a buffet, but a la carte (there are only 4 menu options that you can choose, it's satisfying, but monotonous). The staff at the hotel is very polite and caring, it was very pleasing. Of the cons: at the entrance, they did not tell us anything about the hotel, at the end of the rest they learned about many things (spa, buttons for calling the maid). The location is not the best, it feels like we were in a very poor area, it is acceptable to take a taxi, but if you go out on foot for a walk, then it will not be the most pleasant walk :)
A good chain hotel. Good room cleaning. Breakfasts could be more varied, but that's if you find fault. Not far from Taksim Square and Istiklal walking street.
A good chain hotel. Of the disadvantages, it is not a convenient location, but every hour a free minibus goes to the central square. However, it does not plant near the square, but 500 meters away
The most shabby Hilton in Istanbul, or a hotel where they forgot about Hilton standards. The room has tired furniture and towels, not a single information book, the breakfasts are completely empty, the staff looks like yesterday's students. Absolutely not worth the money.
The duvet cover was full of holes, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level(.
Arda the guy from the reception did his job conscientiously and answered every question with courtesy, explained. Special thanks to him. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful, the breakfasts are amazing, the food is a little unnerving that while you are eating, the waiters of Thai origin are standing over the taba.
The cuisine in the restaran is delicious
The hotel is not worth the money, it took a long time to check in, no one even thought to bring a suitcase to the room, the breakfasts are sooo meager, there is no choice. The rooms are not large and not the first freshness, there is mold on the bathroom door. It is very inconvenient that there is not enough lighting in the room, the light is dimmed and the mirrors seem to be tinted, making up is a whole problem.
The only thing that is beautiful is the lobby and delicious food in the room service. But I wouldn't come back here a second time.
On the second day of my stay at this hotel, money was stolen from me. They began to deal with the administration. Answer: we looked at the cameras, only Cleaning came in. We interviewed them, they didn't take the money. All. A world-class hotel, with such a solution to issues, is disgusting. I understand that I did not put them in the safe myself, but I could not have expected that in such a hotel they would rummage through my things. Even in Cuba, where poverty reigns, they have never taken a coin. And then they took away such a sum... this is the first thing. Secondly, at 7 a.m. they woke me up by breaking into my room. I locked the room with an additional lock, that is, they would have come to me, despite the fact that the room is occupied!!! And they broke in order to check the mini bar!!! Are you serious?! Why do it at 7 a.m., that's the first thing. And secondly, what did you want to see there?! In general. The impression of the hotel is that you have broken the bottom. Such a grid and such a service... always be on the lookout! Do not leave anything outside the safe. Apparently stealing is the order of the day here.
The hotel is not bad, but there are drawbacks. It took a long time to do the check-in. For some reason, the reception called all the time, although they asked us not to call and ask all questions when we go down to the reception.
