I stayed at the hotel again. the first time was last spring, the second last week (March 6-8). Wonderful location, excellent breakfasts, beautiful room design. friendly and helpful staff (they helped with the tour when I was literally "dumped" by two companies the day before under different pretexts with an advance payment already made). I thank this hotel and highly recommend it.

A great hotel in a great location. All appliances are working and new, a wonderful shower, excellent beds and pillows. It's a great breakfast for your stars. The only downside may be that the room is actually smaller than it seems.

I stayed at this hotel for a short time. The hotel is really in the city center. But it is located in the courtyards of houses. The first time I think it's not quite easy to find him. All the sights, good cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The breakfasts are quite decent and varied at the nearby hotel. For breakfast, sausages, sausages, several types of sausage and cheese, fresh vegetables, salads, fried vegetables, a large selection of fruits and pastries, coffee from a coffee machine and instant and much more.
The room is very clean, the linen and towels are snow-white. The room has a safe, air conditioning, kettle, hairdryer, TV, small bottle of water, tea, coffee, sugar. I had a single room on the 1st floor, it turned out to be without a window. To be honest, it bothered me somehow. Another disadvantage is the sound insulation. More precisely, its complete absence. There was a grille over the door to the hotel lobby for ventilation. I heard absolutely everything as if I was just behind a screen. The bathroom-shower room smelled a little of something, the ventilation worked with the light on, although it was very clean.
The staff is very helpful and ready to help on any occasion. In general, I was delighted with the Armenians: they are very good, good-natured people.
Next time I think I'll stay at the next hotel, where I had breakfast.

A very pleasant impression of the hotel! I would especially like to note the responsiveness of the staff, who helped to get to know and love Armenia! The young guys at the reception helped to navigate Yerevan, get to Aznavour's concert, and even just talked about the country! Many thanks to Edgar and Seda and all the staff! And about breakfast - a separate song, delicious, delicious, I wanted to try everything! And again, the people working there are wonderful! There are some suggestions for the arrangement of the rooms, but this did not affect our vacation. And I think the hotel is in development. Let everything work out! And we will come and rejoice! The hotel is cozy, the staff is very polite and helpful, the room is clean. Disadvantages: there are no TV programs in Russian. And I would like a mirror in the room, otherwise it is only in the shower, but since the water in the shower pours on the floor, you cannot enter there after taking a shower. Very tasty breakfasts at the hotel.

Clean, quiet, everything is new, it works. Good breakfasts. In the center, i.e. almost all the sights of Yerevan are within walking distance.
It was possible to think more carefully about the layout of the second floor - in three days I did not learn how to completely avoid head-to-ceiling collisions. But a couple of extra rows of bricks would solve the problem. But this is a flaw that cannot be fixed at once. A small fly in the ointment in a good barrel of honey.

Not a comfortable hotel. The rooms are small - that's okay, they are not very comfortable! Sockets in the 1st place are far from the bed. The kettle is boiling on the pillow. Even the extension cord did not save. There's not much room, I stumbled over it all the time. The door to the bathroom jams, the water can dramatically reduce the pressure. There are no windows, only a small slit in the wall, the room is always dark.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. The staff is selected for 5+, a cake was left in the room for us on our birthday, and sweets on our next arrival. Competent, professional, polite, dignified reception staff. It's even difficult to single out one person, everyone is wonderful. The rooms are clean, tidy, there is a kettle and accessories, slippers and hygiene kits too. You can book excursions (I recommend Aram). I am looking forward to coming to this place again with pleasure.
A separate plus is the location. The very center, everything is nearby, while a quiet courtyard, a terrace. And the prices are pleasing.

Excellent hotel, meets the stated three stars. We liked the buffet breakfast, my child and I always had something to eat (porridge, pancakes, sausages, eggs, vegetables, muesli, toast, fruit, cheese, etc.) We heard that the hotel was being renovated during the pandemic, so we just got a fresh renovation. The most important thing is the most professional and pleasant staff. Absolutely everything is good: from administrators to kitchen staff. They are friendly and sincerely try to help in all matters.
And of course the location of the hotel! It couldn't be more central, we only used taxis to get out of the city. We walked around everything that interested us in Yerevan. The main alley is generally a one-minute walk away.
If we go back to Yerevan, we will definitely check into this hotel again!
