Hello everyone. I live in the Minsk World and I can say that there are a lot of salons in our area. But I only go to ElStudio. That's because they greet me with kind, positive smiles. Tea and coffee are always offered. I want to note that the atmosphere is so calm-no one talks loudly.
Professionally performed procedures-be it coloring the roots, or manicure and pedicure. And I give the girls a facial massage!! Delight!! Golden pens!! So much attention and care ❤️❤️❤ I really like it here. I want to retire to the couch with a cup of coffee and just relax. Thank you for having such a place. It's very important to me.

Mariana is an excellent nail service master. I've been to several salons in the Minsk World and I'm already desperate, because either the cuticle is cut off into trash, or the coating is falling off, or it just looks bad. I decided to sign up for this salon and if there is a g here, I'll just take off the cover and that's it, because it's unbearable. And I think I found my master)) I did both manicures and pedicures at Mariana's - a super result. As neat and beautiful as possible. This is probably my most perfect manicure and pedicure of all time.

I would like to express my comments on the recent visit.
Firstly, I was disappointed that a discount was not provided for a set of procedures in one visit, and two full-fledged procedures were counted for me. At the same time, some of the stages, such as preparation, cleansing and aftercare, are carried out only once, and not as if I performed two procedures separately. And naturally, such a complex takes less time (about 1.5 hours, which I booked instead of 2 hours).
Secondly, I ordered a retinol product through a cosmetologist (from the brand she advertised) and expected to receive a serum with a pipette, as I was told. However, in fact, I took the emulsion in the bottle. It doesn't matter to me, but it seems that selling for the sake of selling (you need to sell, but they don't really focus on the product).
I also want to draw attention to the atmosphere in the office. As a client, it would be more pleasant for me to receive services in a more cozy, relaxing environment, with background music in the office. In fact, in the cosmetologist's office, music from the main hall (which, moreover, could be turned off) or conversations between administrators and craftsmen behind the wall could be heard a little.
I have no complaints directly about the work of a cosmetologist.

I recently visited this salon and was absolutely delighted with the manicure! Master Mariana really knows her job: the nails were treated very carefully, and the design exceeded all my expectations.
In addition, the atmosphere in the salon is very cozy, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. I will definitely come back again!

I didn't want to write a review for a long time, because the girl I got to is very pleasant, but I still can't get rid of the consequences of the visit. my hair was singed after a complex coloring. when I came to the salon to tell them about it, there was another shift and they tried to convince me that my hair was weakened after coloring and I had poor home care. the administrator called me back and offered to come for the recovery procedure. I had a procedure with masks (most likely, cold recovery) and tinting. of course, the girl tried, but unfortunately, I still have singed hair. I had to cut off almost 10 cm and attend several restoration procedures (already in other salons). now the hair is old and needs to be re-dyed, but it is still severely damaged and it cannot be done so as not to completely ruin the hair

The situation that happened to me in this salon is my first time. I decided to write a review anyway. I went to this salon for about 1.5 years. Yes, there were bells, I wanted to change both the master and the salon. I have a short haircut with bangs. She cut her bangs expertly herself, but, as they say, somehow. I decided, after all, at the insistence of the master, to come to the salon for a bang haircut. I mean, I live absolutely in the opposite direction, where the salon is located (Belgradskaya), and I often stay late at work, so it's a little difficult for me to get out. The day before the recording, the master himself called me, thought I wouldn't recognize her, offered to come an hour earlier, I refused. She's good. Yes, it turned out that it was not good. When I arrived at the salon the next day, my master was no longer there, I was offered a completely different one, which I also need to wait for. Of course, I refused.My master didn't want to wait for me for an hour. Well, I'm sorry, if the master thinks that his time is expensive, then believe me, mine is not a little. I didn't expect such disrespect at all. I tell the receptionist, I could at least call, ask, and I would decide whether to go or not. But to do so! With such an attitude towards the client, from the side of the masters, from the side of the administrators, the clients will not delay for a long time. The salon is empty, I came at different times and days. You can buy as much expensive equipment and materials as you like, but the attitude of the salon to the client, how they position themselves, and not an ordinary barbershop, is very relevant. You can write a lot about the work of the administrator, who never picks up the phone, and about tea and coffee, which I was treated to once in 1.5 years and for another, but I will not. Of course, I didn't set foot here. Nowadays, and especially in Minsk, there are enough salons where you can go and understand what you are paying for.

I went to RF many times
Two times out of all , they didn 't call me and didn 't warn me that my appointment had been canceled , since the master didn 't come that day . They didn 't smooth it out in any way , they didn 't offer any discount . It's just that 2 times out of 10 I came to the salon for nothing !

I had a manicure and pedicure at this salon today. For the first time at Master Mariana's. A young girl, but she works very well and neatly. Quickly - an hour and a half for everything. Perhaps one of my best manicures/pedicures. Moreover, I go regularly, I have a lot of experience visiting.
