After the diagnosis, they called and told me that it was urgent to repair, and what could wait, there was no goal to squeeze money out of you, they offered to clean the laptop at a discount, at my discretion. There was no intimidation with the bias that cleaning is extremely mandatory)

The glasses were changed well, but there was a problem with the battery. They bought cheap ones, or defective ones. But they keep it like my old two-year-old.(Reply to your reply) If you think that the client is stupid and walks with self-diagnosis, then it prevented you from carrying out your EXPERT diagnosis by specialists of the HIGHEST category. Or just challenge my opinion , which is not competent in your opinion . And as I write, I will add something: replacing, as YOU said (a defective part with another one) I came to change it and you changed it, but the result remained the same!!!!! And only after that I wrote the above. And as they wrote (keep it for yourself) because there is a shortage of time and it is not good to go to a place where one detail is changed so many times in a row. Now the phone is like a tablet on a constant charge. And if you would like to figure it out, then you suggested understanding the situation and not writing why and how something does not suit me. What did not suit me, I wrote.If you know legally, why didn't you offer another option? I haven't deleted anything, I'm just adding it. And I don't know where everything disappears from you.

I came with cleaning the laptop, cleaned it, but the prices were upset. They are overestimated twice. In addition, of course, I was finally told that I needed to replace the cooler . But in fact, cleaning was not necessary at all because it was useless without replacement. And the most interesting thing is that the cost of two coolers with replacement will be the same as useless cleaning.

We contacted this service with a problem. The phone rebooted from time to time. They said they would look at it and call back in the evening, as a result, of course, no one called back. After a month, we decided to call ourselves and clarify what was wrong with the phone. They received an answer that they had not repaired the phone, they had not found spare parts.
When the phone was returned to me, it stopped showing any signs of life at all. They thought that the battery was low, but it didn't turn on even after an hour of charging. BOTTOM LINE: they took their documents accordingly, so that no claims could be made against them. In general, I do not advise anyone to contact these mountain masters... avoid this service...

I have addressed serious internal and external laptop issues. So many things had to be repaired and restored that my parents were already going to buy a new laptop, expecting that the repair of this broken one would cost 300-400 rubles or even more ... but the repair turned out to be much cheaper than I expected!
In addition to the very tasty price, I want to note the speed of execution: my laptop was ready the very next day, after I handed it in. It is worth considering that parts were ordered for its repair. That is, the masters literally examined the laptop in a day, ordered certain elements, received these elements, repaired the laptop and gave it to me....and this is very fast…

In short, you can contact, BUT! you need to immediately ask about possible damage during the repair process and ask to carefully remove dust.
I gave away the Samsung a52 phone, the phone looked like new, but unsuccessfully fell on the protective glass and the matrix cracked. The replacement consists in throwing the board and the filling into a new case, only the lid remains from the old case. A phone with IP 67 protection and there can be no dust inside. The phone was repaired in 2 hours, as promised. They gave him a rubber band and warned him not to touch him for a couple of hours. I put it off until the next day, and when I took off the elastic bands, I saw a lump of sealant, or a non-adhesive lid. When I took it to the alterations, they said that the body is curved and therefore it is difficult to glue the lid, and perhaps this is due to the fact that I sat on it. But the case was completely new and it was in the box until the next visit.... this means that such a case has been installed, but it is not critical, visually it is almost not noticeable. I left the phone for a day so that the master would take his time. The next day, the phone was ready, but this time the white hair was already lying flat on the lens of the main camera under the glass, and there were traces of heat and scuff marks on the back cover. With the damage on the lid, it is clear that nothing can be done, and the hair had to be taken out - I gave it to be redone for the 3rd time. It was ready in half an hour. They collected it well and the dust was removed, but the lid became even more tattered.
I offered the administrator to give a hydrogel film to the screen as compensation for 3 visits and a lumpy lid - they cut it out for my smartphone and once again apologized for the jamb.
+: orig spare parts were available, unlike the official ones, they are made quickly, conveniently located in the center, give a 4-month warranty, 20 percent cheaper than the official ones.
-: they can leave dust inside the case and damage the lid.

I gave the lenovo ideapad 510-15ikb laptop for repair. The laptop was old, the case was worthless, cracked, the hinges were almost rusted, the battery charge held for a maximum of half an hour without connecting to the network. In general, major repairs were necessary, because it's a pity, an expensive thing, but there were no questions about the rest of the hardware for the laptop. I brought my laptop at lunch, and in the afternoon they called me and informed me that they were ready. I took it away, and oh my God, I opened it like the first time after buying it. The hinges, the base of the housing and the battery were replaced. We also cleaned the components from dust as a gift. And it was cheaper than I expected. In general, now this 2016 laptop will still work and work for me, although at times I thought about buying a new one, which is in vain)
