I gave it to Ninebot for repair. I am 99 percent sure that the brake pads were changed, although the work was not related to the brake pads. I had to tighten the brakes, and the brakes work with slippage. I will buy new pads and install them myself.

Hello everyone.! I'll say this .., this service is not so good, as the statistics of the rating and reviews say ..., I hoped for the conscientiousness of the guys because I did not check the quality of performance on the spot, I came, paid and took it away, and when I arrived home I decided to inspect it well and that's what I found out..! When putting it into repair, I asked to return the wheel motor from the factory to the drain with a removable rim to the brake disc., but my request was ignored., moreover, on the one hand, the rims on both motor wheels were damaged during tire replacement., and if the other side had been turned over, then there would not have been these kotsak and it was necessary to replace the tires it would be much easier.., + somehow I'm not sure what the hydra motor wheels were made for me, and I didn't see the name of the waterproofing in the receipt., but I didn't pay a small amount.!!! THEN in one of the places where the rear element is located with the output of the wire of the rear motor wheel., they seemed to regret silicone., they got stuck at random and did not really isolate anything in that place., I had to finish it myself as it should be ..!!! Result.. it's better to think 3 times ... before entering this service.! And I recommend to you who is going to lead there to think well ..!!! There are no complaints about the rest of the repair.!

I gave the Kugo M4 pro for repair. I brought it in the afternoon and in the evening the master sent a video about the work done. You can pick it up the same evening. I explained the problem on the phone, the master immediately determined what was the matter and announced the cost. In other services, they said, "well, you need to look at maybe this or that." So the guys did well, they worked quickly and not expensively, I was satisfied.

I repaired the kugo s3 electric scooter, it did not turn on, if it accidentally turned on, it turned off itself and did not get infected. I thought that I got on good money, BUT then the master quickly figured out everything, did everything clearly, everything works, surprisingly paid very cheap. Good managers, a repairman is a professional, and everyone is honest, and in our time this is a rarity. As a result, I will only contact this company.

Отличный сервис. Очень квалифицированные ребята, как по продаже, так и по ремонту самокатов.
Первый м5 покупал у них. Не пожалел денег на герметизацию и проездил полтора года по снегу и дождю, (однако не рекомендуется, и гарантию не дают, что объяснимо) затем отдал им на ТО, поломок нет.
Сейчас буду покупать второй координатно новый, (кстати цены ниже чем у других, проверял).

Супер! Все сделано профессионально. Крайне доброжелательное отношение! (Мне есть с чем сравнивать). Самокат, купленный тут год назад (почти 1000 км пробега) не доставляет никаких хлопот. Привозим на ТО. Так что обращайтесь сюда смело!

Есть один наглый сотрудник, похоже что владелец. Ни грамма вежливости, хотя я приехал покупать самокат. Остальные продавцы вполне тактичны и вежливы с покупателями. На сервисе еще не был поэтому по ремонту ничего не могу сказать.

Покупал в данном магазине заднее крыло для Kugoo x1, благо здесь было дешевле чем в других магазинах.
обслуживание хорошее, по запчастям всё расскажут и если надо покажут.

Очень доволен тем, что обратился в этот сервис, до этого, ремонтировал своего железного коня у других специалистов, но проблемы решались лишь частично, при обращении сюда, порешали ворох проблем, дали дельные советы. Немного дороговато, как по мне, но оно того точно стоит!

Который раз обращаюсь, и через час два, возвращаюсь с той же проблеммой. Делают на отвали. Отношение грубое, складывается впечатление, что я там лишний со своей проблеммой. Это было и в прошлом году и в этом, ничего не изменилось. Просто пришлось обратиться , так как пробил колесо, они были самые близкие... Через два часа опять спустило, и опять я тянул вручную к ним. Теперь если что, лучше вызову такси и завезу в другой сервис. Не советую !!! Это ужасное отношение к работе и людям...

Взял самокаты на ночь - покататься не удалось из за дождя, даже не доставал их из багажника.
Когда выдавали их, попросили приехать и сдать их в 10.30-11.00. Приехал сдавать в 11.15 и с меня потребовали оплатить штраф за опоздание в 24 рубля. Опоздал из за того же дождя.
Будьте осторожнее заказывая самокаты в этом месте.
