Good evening ! I would like to thank the masters and managers of this service for their customer orientation! Today I took the scooter out of repair and brought it with the child on vacation from Minsk 120 km from Minsk , the child saw the malfunction, brought it back to Minsk , but they quickly corrected it and took it to the child themselves and tried everything with him and made sure that he was okay ! The sediment turned into gratitude and a pleasant feeling that there is still a human attitude and really decent people. Who got into the situation and completed everything so beautifully ! I rarely write reviews, BUT this is the case when it is necessary! The guys are cool, this is the second time we have addressed them from a child's scooters. Before that, other workshops talked beautifully, but no one coped with the breakdown, and these guys, silently, just took and made a scooter, this time the same way, there was confidence that everything would be fixed, and it is! 💪 Thank you so much to the manager and the guys, you are the best and you do a good thing for people, bringing joy!!
