Здание старое. Свет приглушённый. Плюсы - центр города и можно всюду доехать. Летом в кабинетах,окна которых смотрят в парк, ужасно жарко. Зимой топят еле-еле. За кабинет около 19 кв м выходило 230 рублей летом
