I've been living nearby for 23 years, many people tried to open a store, only then they closed, there was no passability. The new owner has smeared honey there, people are bursting, there is often a queue. Maybe some kind of conspiracy knows. The sellers are friendly, the assortment is there, the prices are like everywhere else.
