Poor service. I bought a Christmas tree for 160k of a Dutch brand. They sent a Christmas tree without branded packaging, which means it is an ordinary Christmas tree from China, as they sell for 80k on the WB
The defective one came, it will not work to assemble the upper part, there are clearly not enough details.
He has been lying at home for 3 days now, the stench is unbearable in the room from plastic.
But I wouldn't even write this review, I was ready to forgive them everything if they got in touch with me and helped me assemble the Christmas tree.
We could have sent the missing details. But no, my messages were not answered on the first day, and they were not answered on the second day. I wrote to them again, they said they would contact you, and so it's been 4 days, but no one has contacted me. Before the payment, we were in touch 24/7 and were ready to answer all questions. But as soon as I got the whole tree, they weren't interested in me. Of course, it would be possible to return the tree, but then I won't have time to order anything anywhere at all. You'll have to leave and buy the parts yourself.
In general, I do not recommend the seller. I thought I would overpay for the service, but they don't have any service. They also cheat that they sell branded Christmas trees.
